Nice little sandwich and coffee shop. Clean, bright and really tasty sandwiches. You can get all types of coffee, breakfast sandwiches, regular sandwiches and gelato.

Basic breakfast . The one person behind the counter took the order, prepared it and served it. Efficient as one person can be.

This place is great for a quick breakfast and. Cup of coffee or tea. The folks behind the counter are very impressive with serving quickly, but yet being cordial and friendly. ROCKSTARS!

Latte and cappuccino were not good.

This is located with the Kingsmill Tennis center and is like a snack bar. I met someone for coffee. It has a nice elevated view of the tennis courts. It can be a little noisy.

The food is good and sandwiches and pastry is fresh each day we've stopped in. Coffee and breakfast in the morning while sitting out on the patio is a must!

Small selection of breakfast food. They do not have sticky buns as their website shows.

Great place. Kind staff. Clean. Kids love the lazy river and it's just minutes to parks. I would definitely come again.

I just love their breakfast sandwiches. Savannah and the other girls are always friendly and super helpful.

Love this place. So close to our house and our girls love sitting outside. We can ride our bikes from our house. Great selection. 😎😎
