Ordered a Cuban sandwich, guava pastry, 2 coffees and a diet coke. Sandwich was cold, I had to ask for it to be warmed up and the pastry had very little guava and it was hard. Servers were polite, they may need to be trained on how to serve a true Cuban sandwich. Totally disappointed on food.

I was so aesthetically pleased being here as silly as that sounds! Staff was very nice, the food was great and so was the coffee flight we all shared. I wasn’t a huge fan of the cheesecake but everything else we had was spectacular! The feel you get here is really nice, relaxed, and overall wonderful. Will be making a visit to their Suffolk location soon!

I ordered 2 coffee drinks and I still didn't get my drinks after 30 minutes. I was told to come back voz she doesn't know how to refund. I came back an hour later and I was told that my order will be printed again and be in line again!!! I asked for a refund. She said they were busy! The place is NOT busy! They are just slow! Unbelievable!!! Will not come back here ever.

My first time here... I follow them on Facebook and was excited to try one of their coffee flights. The flight flavors were good but my fault for not asking how much it was before I ordered! $25 for 4 small coffees. $25.00!!!!!!!
I might be back just for one coffee, but I won't order the flight again.

So cute and the coffee here is so good. Definetly will get overwhelmed if its your first time. I was only because there are so many flavors and so many choices. But i think thats what I liked most was exploring the flavors. I I definetly suggest getting a flight. So a flight is a remix of a beer flight just with coffee. You get to pick which coffee's you want and flavours. Which is pretty cool because you can try any version of anything they have on the menu. We allowed the cashier to help us choose because we had no clue what was good and what wasnt. Coffee does come in different variarions and its alot lols. Fyi I shared the flight with my friends which was a cool experience.

Caramel Macchiato- better then starbucks
Coco loco - didnt try it but the name sounded cool.

We opted for 3 cold 3 hot. I think it came out to about 16 i cant remember price but for the quantity and also quality of the drinks thats a steal!

My only drawback was that this is not kid friendly. The store is long but width wise its not that big. People hog up the tables for hours! Its like 1 person at a 4 person table for a long time. Which to be fair alot of moms dont have the patience to sit in a coffee shop for long. But for those of us who like to meet up with friends to chat this was really hard. Strollers are too bulky for this place. Tables arent always available because of popularity. So keep that in mind when you go here but all in all it was a great experience.

My Mocha was delicious as was my waffle! The service was great, and very patient with a first time customer. The cage itself is cute and clean. Very impressed with my first visit, can’t wait for the second!

Mediocre coffee and food. Customer service is lacking too. Took about 15 minutes to get an iced latte, a cold brew, and a panini. They premake all the panini and then just heat them to order. We ordered the turkey, bacon, ranch panini. There was no bacon, so I had to ask for it to be remade. Before it was remade, there was no ranch either. I had to ask for it, then I was told it comes on the side.

Messed up multiple orders in our group and it's not clear what drinks are iced. The employees were helpful though even after the long wait for food.
