Very nice place, good food and live music. Unfortunately it was extremely crowded when we came, so we had to wait 40 minutes for our sandwiches. It probably won’t happen when there’s less people.

Outstanding place. Definitely a favorite. Moving around alot I make it my number one objective to always try to find the best local coffee, cause that's gonna be my go-to for the few years. Well this is it. Coffees great, foods exceptional and the staffs on another level. Highly recommend it if your in the Virginia Beach area.

Absolutely has to be the best café I’ve been to. Had the The Romeo crazy good I had to stop myself in buying another to go. Had the White Coffee not a milk or sweet person I usually take my coffee black but that was amazing. Ordered the Red Eye to go it was great. American Brew hit back to back to back. I come from a large city so cafes are everywhere but this is what every cafe should strive for. The hospitality was awesome too. The service was 10/10. If you have a bad time here it must have been just an off day and I encourage the person to go again.

Great atmosphere and food is outstanding. Mugs are overpriced and t-shirt sizes are limited to XS and XL.

American Brew is my favorite and go to coffee shop in the Virginia Beach area. I live about 30mins from the place, and it is worth the commute. The staff members are super friendly and they make you feel like family. The coffee and burritos are amazing! The atmosphere is fantastic, and there is great outdoor seating on sunny days. It is great place to meet up with friends or do some studying.

Good coffee and a good selection of food as well with a nice location. Nitro cold brew and the steak and cheese wrap are excellent choices if you need a recommendation!

Food was pretty good but they over cooked my eggs like most places do. But the smoothies and coffee are yummy. The chairs are metal that wrap around the hips. Not comfortable for people with wider hips. The atmosphere was laid back and fun.
