There food is good, but staff, not so bright. When you take peoples orders for food, they need to know how items are cooked. They tell you one thing and when the food comes, it looks nothing like we ordered. Learn your items!

Visited North Ridge yesterday for lunch for the first time. My daughter had been raving about it so we met there for lunch. I had a chicken salad wrap that was fantastic and the potato soap was awesome as well. The owner is a great guy, and his staff is also!

The BEST place for breakfast or lunch in town! Mobile ordering is super easy, and the place is so cute! North Ridge has my favorite coffee in town! The fast WiFi and calm atmosphere is so nice to be able to get some work done and relax!

I can forgive the decor (which looks like an algorithm’s idea of a coffee shop after lurking on Pinterest), but this cortado has at least 12oz of milk in it and reads like a latte. I hate to be that guy complaining about not getting his coffee right, but y’all…

I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt as they are new and I’ll try again later, but I don’t feel optimistic. The flavor of the coffee was difficult to assess because of the sheer quantity of milk, but I guess some folks don’t care so much? I’d give it a solid “fine if you’re not too picky.”

Quick, friendly service. The BLAT was delicious. Free WiFi. Great local place (and worth a 3 min drive off I-81 if you’re passing through).

I LOVE the service here. Best coffee in the Verona area, and their specialty drinks each week are unique and amazing. The food is great as well.
