The Pampered Palate Cafe

I had hoped it would be good; but disappointed. Service was slow; the customer who came in behind us waited 10 minutes for a coffee; and there were only two other small tables, who already had food. My Bfast sandwich just had no flavor; and my wife’s stuffed Bfast baked potato was bland as well. It was Also missing the bacon that was supposed to be in it.

I got the Lean & Mean sandwich and it’s the most refreshing meal I’ve ever had. The ingredients are all very fresh and the taste is immaculate. The environment is very cozy and cute and the customer service is great. I love it here!

While I LOVE the food here, the customer service is absolutely terrible. I thought perhaps one of the servers was having a bad day when I came in a few months and she was beyond rude, but I had the same experience this time with a different server! Clearly, the staff here lack empathy, kindness and are in serious need of retraining!

Nice selection and variety in menu. Server was nice. We enjoyed a salad and "The Dixie" sandwich. The hot cranberry jam was excellent.

We had a wonderful, affordable lunch here. They had ample options for everyone, including vegetarian and gluten free. I would definitely go here again. I got a gluten free Reuben with chips and fruit and it was delicious.

Favorite place to eat in Staunton. Friendly staff with fantastic food. In the employee favorites there's a croissant with chicken salad and coleslaw that is to die for. 10/10 would recommend!

Me and the girlfriend have eaten here a handful of times and each time it has been amazing and has had wonderful food and a very polite staff. It can be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Had a very nice lunch. Great portion size. The waitress was extremely nice. The food is really very good here, there are lots of choices on the menu.
