The folks here were perplexed by my order of iced coffee. They insisted that I wanted cold brew, which I did not. Eventually they poured hot coffee over ice and served it to me lukewarm.

Our go to coffee place. We love their havana cappuccino and baked goods. Always taste fresh and made just the way I like it.

Great place, you can go with your notebook to work and shop whole coffee beans.
PS: I love their croissant.

I put this rating for the manager/owner of this store. He has never once, been friendly or spoken to me. He NEVER smiles and is never nice. Today we asked for a cup of water after we picked up our drinks. He didn't say a word and went and got us water, set it down and didn't say a word. The day they opened after COVID, we went in and he didn't say thank you for coming in and I have never seen him smile. I decided I'm done supporting his store and will take my business to Gathering Ground at UV Mall where they are welcoming and friendly.

My neighborhood coffee shop on Saturday morning's. Usually quiet but during late morning and afternoons can be quite busy. Nice outdoor seating as well. Nicely located at the intersection of three major roads. Only real downside is when the shopping center is busy parking is tough and the flow isn't smooth.

The gem of Springfield! Peet’s may be a major chain, but walking into this location you certainly are treated with the mom and pop courtesy and love. Every barista is kind and caring, customer service is top notch, plenty of space to chat with friends or work on a project. Cleanliness is a top priority from the welcome mat to the bathroom sink. Then there’s the coffee. I cannot express enough the beautiful aroma and amazing taste that is Peet’s Coffee. Need some time to chill out? Catch up with an old friend? Host a small group? This is the place.

Lazy workers it's always one person doing everything and everybody else slacks. Aside from that coffee tastes good and pastries too.

I love this place. It feels like a local coffee shop even though it's a chain. I love seeing people in this community hang out here, young people talking, people doing work, and old people hanging out like they are the golden girls2.0 sipping on drinks and spilling the latest Tea! I would've given them 5 stars if the men's room didn't smell like urine all the time. It's like pee has dried up on the floor and the wall cause that's what you're going to inhale. Maybe clorox might help and a plug in.

Order ahead never made in and having to wait 20mins for my order. This was strictly Peet's headquarter issue. The store was able to fulfill my order in less than 10mins but still it had me being late for a meeting. I won't be ordering from Peet's especially on Sundays.

This place was great 6 months ago. Went in last week and things are different. It’s dirty. There were flies on the displayed sweets. Pointed this out to the cashier and he just shrugged. While waiting for my coffee the barista dropped an F-bomb at one of her coworkers. My latte, always perfect before, was just not good. What happened?
