The best place to get bubble tea and Gelato period!

The new mochi doughnuts are amazing!

First time I came here it was so good and the owner was so sweet and helpful. However, my friend and I came by today all the way from Blacksburg to try them again just for them to be closed an hour and a half early, even though Google and even the store sign said they close at 8pm.

Really didn't want to leave a bad review since we had such a great experience last time, but closing early and not being given some sort of explanation is a bit irritating. In the future, if there is some sort of reason to close early, it would be best to make it known on your social media and/or on Google. Just wanted to leave this review so that issues like this don't happen in the future. Other than that, this place is great and hopefully will be able to be back.

The owner is such a warm and nice person for offering us freshly made Mochi donuts! I and my friends used to went all the way up to DC for Mochi donuts. Now we can get it in Salem, and it’s delicious. What a blessing!

Lucky cat Tea is honestly the best place ever!!! I honestly love this place and I will be a reoccurring customer for the rest of my life. Literally no cap. This is the most awesomest place ever me and my boyfriend come here all the time ❤️you gotta try the taro gelato it’s to die for.🧋

Had a great conversation with the owner last time I went there. I went back to catch up but they were closing at 6:25pm? The hours on the sign and Google say that they closed at 8pm. At least update the hours or put up a sign ahead of time if you plan on closing early. Came all this way to see the shop, just to be confused. Didn't see the owner inside but hope things are ok. It's a great place but hope this prevents another confusion like this.

Great find! We had the ham and cheese crepe and a Thai tea and rose boba tea. Everything was delicious. Owner was there and was super friendly. We’ll be back.

The Gelato is fantastic. The bubble tea is refreshingly good.
They added crepes to their menu and these are so good. Portion size is huge and the ingredients were all fresh made.

I had to wait for someone to take my order (thinking that there was just one guy working) but in reality I had to wait because the employee was talking about her anime outfit with her friend, when she saw me standing there. Terrible customer service

I went to try a bubble tea. It took about 8 minutes before someone came out to ask me what I would like to have. I'm 56, and these are college kids. If a person is not your age, please don't treat them like they don't belong there. The bubble tea was very watery.
