It’s good, consistent w quality and prices of the other locations. Should be noted if you’re a dingbat like me that this coffee shop is located INSIDE the marketplace thing. I didn’t know that and kept looking for it.

This is def a place for coffee and not so much food. The bagel had microwaved eggs and cheese. Which is understandable considering they’re busy but should be noted

update: the skinny dirty-blonde hair girl is VERY rude! Sorry but her customer service skills are a -100/10. I saw the way she treated another customer who was asking a simple question. She was acting like her job is the most painstaking thing on earth. I hate to break it to you, but a lot of jobs are hard girl! Yikes.. The other woman working was kind though!

Wonderful. My best friend & I met for a mini-vacation in Roanoke and I needed a place to go daily for my coffee and the coffee was amazing, the customer service delightful (personable without fake or overstepping). They amended a menu item for me because I don't do carbs and it was absolutely FANTASTIC
If anyone is looking for a Horocrux I think its hanging by their menu. I bought an ornament to remember it by! #oversharedontcare #smallbusinessesforme

First time ever coming here and the employees were nice and great lattes and good food the cheese and bacon burrito was a hit and the nutty Irishman was a good choice

This is a cool place. Coffee smoothies desserts and cool Appalachian stuff to buy

Couldn't ask for better Service. Friendly staff and clean, food is amazing recommend the scones and you can never go wrong with any of the coffee choices1

Skip the burrito. Ordered a sausage burrito. It was microwave overcooked, making the tortilla tough, and bland. Took a couple of bites to even find any sausage, of which there was just enough to classify it a "sausage" burrito. Eggs were generous though! The two stars are for the burrito, because I'm feeling generous. If they had called it an Egg Burrito, seasoned with sausage, I might have gone three stars. Don't know about their coffee and other items.

Had breakfast for the first time there. Goodness that was good even if they gave me the wrong thing. I ate it anyway. 😋

The best coffee I have had since moving to Virginia a year ago. A latte full of coffee flavor, not just a milkshake like other places. Top it off with great customer service and you have a winning combination. Totally worth a 40 minute drive.

I love this place and love supporting local. But the quality has been slipping. I ordered a bacon and egg burrito today that was filled with egg shell, the few bites I took were so crunchy. I even bit from the other end and they were everywhere, photo below shows what I was able to just pull out from the burrito itself. Please be more careful in making your products!
