Elderberry's

I strongly dislike leaving poor reviews & especially this one.
What has happened to the 419 Elderberries?!!!
Used to be our favorite go to place for over a decade now. Never minded paying the price either because it was always sooo good! Always glad to support local small businesses and with 6 kids growing up in our house, we definitely have spent some money here. I get there’s been a pandemic & I have tried to be patient. Seems in the last year the wraps aren’t getting any better. Chicken Cesar wrap today & once again completely disappointed! The bread is way to thick & dry! Can we go back to the original?!! The lettuce grossly wilted & I don’t even think there was Parmesan. And come on… where’s the crispy little croutons?!! I know there weren’t any on our wraps. If you don’t have all the ingredients to make it, then you should probably make it a point to tell the customers who order it. Seems the quality has skimped, but the prices are still the same. Please Elderberries, get it together!

I love this smoothies and wraps at this location. The only draw back is the wait. The employees are phenomenal, there just needs to be a few more of them at peak hours.

Excellent staff. Great food. Use them regularly for take out. I have to pick up early some days and they are always on it. I highly recommend😍

I wanted to write a quick note on how sweet the staff was on Friday, October 25. We walked in about 5:45 and asked if they minded we came in and placed an order since they closed at 6:00.
The staff was very sweet and full of energy even though we came in close to quitting time. They were polite and pleasant.
I wanted to say Thank You and tell you all what a great experience you gave us AND the smoothies were Delicious!

The food and smoothies are amazing.. BUT... customer service has really gotten bad. I know everyone is short staffed.. but ALL the person up front has to do is At Least ACKNOWLEDGE the person standing at the counter. That's it. Just say "hey , be with you in just a sec".. Anything!!!!! I stood there for 6 1/2 min before the girl standing there writing names on cups Even spoke to me.....................

Salmon wrap and lemonade smoothie were both delicious, and reasonably priced.

Excellent variety of healthy smoothies, sandwiches and drinks. They offer daily and new drink choices with Basil, lemongrass, etc. First time visiting. I got a turkey avocado Swiss cheese sandwich. Will be going back.

We were just passing through while on the Blue Ridge and wanted a healthy food option with some gluten free choices. This place was great. We loved everything we got. Definitely recommend.

The food is stingy for what you get for the price. The quality might be okay but the food is very stingy as well as expensive. I personally would rather go to full moon cafe that is directly next to it that has the same type of food and you get what you want for a good price.

Great, but i really wish they had something that has amount of calories in their food some where. Everything is delicious though.
