Overpriced, no bathroom, not too welcoming. Better coffee spot across the street. Food was a very small portion of non-seasoned meat. Hummus was good.

The staff here isn't the friendliest,I felt a bit unwelcomed in the cafe. It's a cute place. However the smoothie I ordered was so watered down I had to throw it away. Once I did,I got dirty looks from the staff. Sadly I will not visit this location again.

Get something here! You won't regret it. There's something for everyone. Ice cream, Turkish coffee, amaaazing veggie shawarma. Super accommodating for vegan options. Love this place so much. And the man who was working last night was so kind and helpful. I will come here any time I'm nearby.

This is one of our favorite places in the city! Great coffee, amazing well priced food, yummy smoothies...and the owner could not be nicer and is an amazing chef! We love supporting his business! This is an affordable and delicious fixture in Roanoke!

Best Middle Eastern food in Roanoke by far! The owner, Mahmoud, offers a wide variety of Levant dishes including the most incredible Chicken Shawarma Ammania in the world. I’ve had shawarma in iconic places in NY, DC, Lebanon, Egypt, etc. but this was the best.
Numerous classic middle eastern drink options are available as well as some with a creative twist. The Turkish Coffee is excellent! The atmosphere is cozy, friendly, and clean with authentic decor. The owner and his staff are very friendly and flexible... overall excellent customer service.

I'm so happy this place came to town! Delicious, home-made Greek/Mediterranean foods such as gyros, spanakopita, baba ganoush, chicken shawarma, lentil soup ... And homemade BAKLAVA! Best of all, they make proper Turkish coffee (well, the City of Roanoke unfortunately won't allow them to use the authentic hot sand method, but they still manage to make the coffee excellent). I loved them so much the first time, I ordered their takeout platter for lunch the next day and it was delivered in half of the expected time. Excellent. I hope their business does well!

LOVED the Shawarma and hummus. Flavors were awesome. The coffee was better than any around here. I don’t know how I’ve missed this place!

Finally got to try out the new coffeehouse! Small awesome vibe. The guy was very friendly and suggested the iced Nutella Turkish coffee with vanilla. It was delicious! Also tried the spinach pastry thing and it was yummy. Can’t wait to be back and try more coffee and food. Definitely recommend giving it a shot. (I would choose it over Mill Mountain that’s across the street 😬)

Ordered takeout from here — delicious Chicken Shawarma wrap!! It was so fresh, well-prepared, juicy, and tasty! Will definitely be back for the baklavas one day.
