Always an amazing experience. One of my first trips to RVA I stopped in for a coffee and fell in love with the mug it was served in. Now I live here and still love the service, coffee, food, and atmosphere.

You ever just stumble into a small business that ends up being a new favorite? That's Sefton Coffee Company for me. The shop is so cute, cozy and welcoming. As far as food goes, get the ham & jam. Seriously, I should've filled my suitcase with them. A wonderfully fresh and flakey crossiant with fresh veggies, crisp apple slices and some of the best orange marmalade I've ever had. The tumeric honey late was also phenomenal - perfectly spiced and topped with a lovely foam. They have lots of interesting goods that I'll need to come back and check out next time I'm in the area.

Great little place. Amazing coffee. Cinnamon Vanilla Latte was spot on. Super friendly.

I would personally give this specific coffee company a one star rating. I would rate it zero stars if I could. Beyond the fact that even the coffee itself wasn't very good the service was also terrible. The lady at the front was nothing but rude and passive aggressive to me and my friend. After she took my order to completely ignored the fact that my friend was standing right there and also wanted to order, keep in mind we were ordering the same drink. Once she finished making my drink, my friend then asked to order the same drink. After this happened, the lady gave my friend the most judgmental and appalling look, making my friend feel as if she had done something wrong by something as small as ordering a coffee.... after that it was around 4:00 and we were told to leave obviously because "she had to close up and lock the door". After that my friend and I decided to sit outside. Around ten minutes later a couple went up to the door thinking it was open. The man who also worked there opened the door and let them in.... I thought it was closed, and that's why we had to sit outside. Obviously we weren't welcome there, but other people were. Make it make sense babes. By the way the coffee was terrible.

Great coffee shop in my favorite type of downtown setting. I know that having this place was the owner's dream and she has most certainly fulfilled her vision. Cute interior with unique gift items and an extensive selection of drinks. Some outdoor sidewalk seating made it a great after work stop.
However, be forewarned that there is no restroom open to the public and by late afternoon most everyplace else that might allow a desperate passer-by to use their facilities was closed.
I most definitely will return but perhaps 'takeaway items' would be a better choice.

Great little coffee shop. Unbelievable selection. They also sell wine. We chatted with the owners, very friendly people. I would recommend it if your in the area.

Stopped by here while in town visiting. Nice, quaint little spot. Ordered a Vanilla Latte with an extra shot and it was deliciously smooth. It had a nice long bar to sit as well as tables and the ambiance was welcoming will definitely stop by here again next time I'm in town.

One of the only coffee shops I know of that had coffee guides mounted on his wall!
I also really appreciate any shops that make room for a bulletin board to connect Community to each other!

Extremely cute little local shop with rotating coffee and teas. Everything is made in house and without much wait. Very small table inside but sidewalk seating outside that's comfortable. Lots of whole bottle wine available to buy.
