they're wifi is frustratingly inconsistent and lack luster. Lately it makes me login every hour if im able to even get online to begin with.

Asked cashier if fryer was working (it often isn't) and he said "Yes". The cook burnt my fries, cashier took ages to figure out what to do. He told the cook and the wanted to see me in person. Like WHAT. Okay, I go see her, and she blames it on the kitchen not having a working fryer. So the cashier lied to me earlier. The cook keeps rambling and blaming it on the facility, blaming it on me, being rude af, and I've never seen service this terrible. Seems the manager doesn't have standards on who gets hired, if they have trash like that working there.

They lock up the music room but keep all the video games up 🤷‍♂️

Staff is great and food is all right. Wish there was a larger selection of foods, hopefully there will be when/if they fix their grill. Facilities are nice enough. Prices for some items seem a little inflated.

Last two times ordering wasn’t what was listed on menu. Quick and easy on DOTG but if blt says on sourdough bread and avocado then expect sourdough and avocado. Previous order got a huge wrap with sesame ginger but if you say spinach then you don’t expect iceberg lettuce. Good food but not as advertised.

The clam is an amazing place. It is comfortable, great staff and comfy seating. The clam is very reasonably priced due to there epic accomplishments withen the fine dining community. Better pizza than New Yorks best and much better cheestakes than you would find in philly. I am so amazed with this epically amazing awesome establishment. It is if God himself created a wonderful perfect fine dining establishment. If your in the area, you must dine at the clam. They have recently upgraded some of the facility to include air hocky as well as reclyners to relax absoluty greatest food establishment in Virginia probably on earth

The whole point of an MWR building is for sailors to be able to unwind in a warm, economically friendly environment. This place is the antithesis of such a place: staff is about as pleasant as a bullet to the liver, the food is absurdly priced for the quality provided, and hours are awful for sailors living aboard the vessels stationed here. The free WiFi is about all this place has going for it.

A good place to relax and unwind. Good place for single Sailors and Geo Bachelors. Warm welcoming atmosphere, well decorated, accommodating hosts, and good food. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff free WiFi reasonably priced snacks video games TV's movies and fun events to do if you're stuck on base without a car. I would go nuts if this place didn't exist

No care. Customer service is terrible when it comes to food. Takes to long to receive a wrap. 30mins+ wait time. Never coming back.
