Customer service was great. However, food was subpar at best. My co-workers and I placed a big order $90 to be exact and the food was bland and tasteless. Wasn't horrible but I don't see me reordering again.

This place used to be amazing. Now, I won't even order it any more. Too many gut-aches from greasy bacon and old sides leaving me underwhelmed compared to what their normal prepared dishes used to resemble.
Honestly, what happened to you, JoJack's? The prices are the same, but the food absolutely is NOT.
The last eggs benedict I ordered left my mom sick for a day. Old Hollandaise sauce is our best guess at that one. That's pretty terrible for a 15 dollar breakfast.
I hope the owner starts some emergency inspections on the staff and finished product(s) quick.

Always a great place for delicious, well prepared food, a great atmosphere and wonderful service. Riley did a wonderful job taking care of us.

You get SO MUCH more than coffee at Jojacks. This family owned and operated restaurant is built in decades of restaurant experience and family warmth. Come often and they will know you; order the same thing and they’ll know that, too.
I’ve tried nearly everything on the menu and am never disappointed. The Coco Vacanza salad is an all time favorite. Try the Janalto Frappe, named after a regular customer, for a tasty treat.

Excellent breakfast food, hot and fast out of the kitchen. Great customer service.
Will be coming on the regular, now that I’m aware they are here!

Went here for lunch today with my daughter. We have had breakfast here once and decided to give the lunch menu a try. We both ordered the JoJacks Bacon Cheeseburger. We were both shocked how good they were. Their burgers were thick, fresh, and juicy. We were unsure of the pimento cheese, but it made the burger. We will be back to try more!!!

Decided to give this place another try. Ordered Eggs Benedict, it was SUPER salty and cold. I also ordered drip coffee which was cold too, asked for a fresh pot because maybe it was old. I understand. The barista heated up the coffee with the steam wand. And not a fresh pot.
Overall not satisfied. Maybe this place is popular for the locals, but I don't like it.
Side note: a restaurant shouldn't have scented candles burning. The smell from the candle and the taste of the food don't go together.

Came here for lunch with my work family. This location has a lot on the menu, it was so hard to choose from.
The Ruben stood out to me. It's like, you can't really mess it up.
I ate it up in less than 6 minutes, meaning it was a little small but tasty. The chips were also good. As always, the pickles are best part of any meal.
I dined with my work family and everyone got something different. My Uncle E got a salad. It's kind of hard to please him when it comes to salad. He was very impressed. The only complaint would be "the salad dressing seemed watered down".
Uncle Joe got a burger. It looked pretty good from my point of view. He also enjoyed it, however he said it was very greasy.
Uncle Scott ordered a tuscan panini. It was a little smaller than expected but good. He also got a latte and loves it.
Aunt Tisa ordered a sandwich. They messed up her order & forgot her potato cakes then came back just a few minutes later. I tried her potato cake. . yummm.
Charlene did a great job in taking care of us. Overall, this place is very good. However, the price & portion of the food doesn't "add up". I'm sure we will be back for lunch.

Jojacks was delicious.
I ordered the buttermilk pancakes and Chai latte (yum) .. The customer service was great and I'll be back soon ...

Food was delicious! They were slammed with orders, so we had to wait about 40 minutes for our food, but all the staff were really friendly and attentive even though your order at the front register.
They have a lot of unique lattes I was excited/curious to try, so I got to of them. The Purple Haze which has lavender in it and the Killer Bee which has honey and cayenne pepper? I think? It starts off with a really sweet delicious flavor and then the heat gets ya. Spicy, but delicious.
