Everything was delicious here. 5 stars. But I wish I could give the customer service I received today a zero star. My cup says my server was Dre V and she lacked customer service and kindness. I was in the middle of talking and asking a question and she completely walked away and disregarded not only me but my small children. And when I made a comment/voiced a concern about the drink I received Dre V didn’t offer any resolutions or help. It’s common sense to be kind to people when you work in this type of industry and we did not receive that with Dre V.

I was excited to try a new boba place since I live outside of Norfolk, and this place had great reviews and the drinks looked good in the pictures but both me and my sister were disappointed. :(
The woman taking our order (not sure what her name is unfortunately. The name on the order ticket was Cassidy, but I'm not sure if that was her - she was a somewhat taller lightskinned woman) had an attitude and seemed very annoyed from the start, and when she rung up one of our drinks wrong she annoyedly said "Well, she didn't specify". (She did when we ordered, and the woman taking our order did not bother to clarify with us if she was doubtful or confused on what she was ringing up.). :(
Somebody else on bar fixed the drink for us, which we appreciate, but the woman with the attitude, and the very long wait made our experience a bit worse than we were hoping.

I like the ice that they have here, but everything else left much to be desired. They didn't do sweetness percentages, they didn't do the plastic sealed puncture lids, their signature milk tea tastes like chocolate, the boba I got was on the verge of being past its prime, and I just wasn't impressed. On to the next one, I suppose.

If you like fruit teas this is the place for you. However if your like me and prefer a classic milk tea and boba I would pass. I have tried the matcha, Thai and taro teas. And they all are ungodly sweet and have an off taste. I’m starting to think it’s primarily due to their brown sugar boba which comes in the drink as is. The people that work there are amazing!

The BEST boba I've ever had!! I always get their milk boba teas. Very fast service-- much faster than other boba places nearby. Their app also gives rewards frequently. It's $6.25 for a regular and $7.25 for large.

Great service. Popcorn chicken isn't what I thought it'd be. Dry.

I love the boba here, definitely the best in the area. The most disappointing part is they don’t have any plant-based protein options available even though it’s constantly promoted on their instagram account.

Me and my husband both paid for extra boba and they didn’t tell us till I already paid that they only had enough for one serving . Then they thought they were giving me a deal by saying you can get another one free of charge . It’s not like I didn’t pay extra for something I didn’t get and should have told me prior to paying , poor customer service .

It's a cute cafe with limited seating and few games, but not one I'd go to during a cold and wet day. I was out on a date when my beau wanted to drink something warm, so we picked this cozy place and found out that they didn't serve hot drinks. What a downer! Instead, we got a jasmine tea boba and me, a strawberry smoothie.
