I'm three bites in and can honestly say this is the best burger I've EVER had. The "HIT THE ROAD JACK" WHISKEY BURGER has changed my life. Perfect blend of sweet and savory. Very friendly and accommodating staff. 10/10 will be coming back very soon!

Take out order was missing side items that was added with extra charge. But was told they can't do refund unless I am there in person. Although I like this coffee shop, I can't personally justify going back there again, because a moderate lunch for 3 people comes out to be close to $70. 2 large coffee, a salad, a cup of soup, 2 sandwiches and 2 biscuits. Inflation I guess...

I used to get my coffee here for years back when it was Aromas. Once they opened up the new store it was a different experience. Not as pleasant as it once was. Once I had come back and tried out the new store. The crew was distant and cold in their nature.
After a few times of ordering my coffee and sitting outside with my dog I was asked to leave without return. They didn't give me much of a reason.

I am actually covered under the ADA. I wear specialized glasses and am 6ft 6in tall. So I get it. I can make people uneasy. However discrimination should never be tolerated because that person makes you uneasy or uncomfortable. You work in the retail and directly with customers.

Incredible staff and wonderful coffee! The food is delicious as well, and if I could give more stars I would. Enjoying their delightful coffee has become a part of my daily routine.

Love it here! As a CNU student I love the CNU theme, as well as the fun and yummy menu. Everyone here is super nice, and is very interactive and kind. I love studying here!

We previously gave it a 4 star because it had just opened and wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. Today was our fourth time. Both our $4 lattes were not even warm. My blueberry muffin was raw in the middle and just barely thawed. (Frozen?) But it gets worse: yesterday the strawberry topping on the waffles (nowhere near Belgian style) seemed off when I ate them. I ended up running to the bathroom when we got home and stayed there for a long time. Why not give it a 1 star? They are new and working out the Disastrous kinks. Suggest they throw out the strawberries for the waffles before the health department shuts them down. Learn what items are on the menus (1st day ordered a latte that was on the menus and they gave me the deer in the headlights stare before they asked what is in it). Hire people who actually know how to make a latte. Yesterday I ordered a medium and after a 10 minute wait was given a small.Tables are sticky. We will wait 6 months before our stomachs are brave enough to try it again.

Loved it. Very excellent menu. OUTSTANDING food. And the coffee bar is to die for. Nice folks behind the counter. Really superior food!

A much needed coffee place across the street from Christopher Newport University. Great atmosphere and some unique flavors like Honeycomb Latte. A nice patio for outdoor seating also!
