Art Factory & Party Place / Art & Coffee

We really enjoyed our daughter's glow party here! It was nice to have everything set up for us and to not really have to do any clean up, and the employees who assisted us were very sweet. They set up the snacks and drinks I brought in and also cut the cake for us.

I found out that when you order pizza on a Sunday through Sergio's, it can show up a little late because Sergio's doesn't open until 11 a.m., so our party did run a little over, but we were not charged for that.

It was a little disappointing that the "glow shirts" that we made did not glow in the dark, at all. It looked like regular marker when the blacklights were on. But other than that, the party was great!

What’s left to say that hasn’t already been raves about yet? The best coffee shop in the entire south side of Richmond or Chesterfield. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the coffee from Guide Roasting Co (also local). We’ve been for coffee, play dates with our kids’ friends, and awesome birthday parties. Very lucky to have someplace like this in our community!

Our group had such a fun night at the Art Factory! We worked on different projects and they all turned out beautifully. Despite a wide variety of skill/anility among our group. :-) The staff were helpful, patient and efficient. We are definitely going back to do another event in the spring!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my son's birthday with a Glow Dance party! The Art Factory is truly amazing - they do it all for you and give your child and friends a great experience! Highly recommend!

Our daughter attends the little explorers preschool program and has a blast. Great sensory play in a fun environment and the staff is very inviting. They put on a fall festival that was a lot of fun too. I enjoy the dirty vanilla chia latte while my daughter plays in the play cafe; it's a perfect date!

When COVID hit, we didn’t know how we would handle holidays that were normally special events. Thankfully, Tal offered balloon delivery! Seeing those balloons when we woke was pure joy for our daughters and when we got to deliver them to our family, it was perfect. I can not recommend The Art Factory enough!

Great concept

Brought my son to open play, under the impression that the playroom was actually monitored to ensure there was a 12 child limit. I walked in the room to 25+ toddlers, along with 25+ parents all huddled towards the door. It was a chaotic mess, and very clearly a COVID hotspot, with everyone stuffed into a small room with one entrance and no windows. We decided to leave after staying about 5 minutes. There has to be someone to monitor this room, it is an accident (and lawsuit) waiting to happen.

The rest of the cafe looked nice, however based on how poorly this was toddler room was run, we will not be back.

such a nice place to have a cup of coffee and watch my little one enjoy herself without having to chase her around.
