The owner is very rude. She served three people first who came in after us and gave me a single espresso when I paid for a double. When I brought it to her attention, she said in a very snarky tone of voice, “I am the owner, and that is a double shot.” Well Ms Owner, you might be the owner but I’m not stupid. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card FYI. It’s called fraud….

Visiting form the UK. Mum was desperate for a "proper coffee". These guys went above and beyond to accommodate mums cortado. Resulting in one very happy brit! Exemplary service and product, thankyou 😁

To make an espresso or any drinks takes 30 min. The guy actually weights coffee grounds for every espresso AND REMOVING EXTRA GROUNDS WITH HIS FINGER.
A bag with 3 small cookies for $12+. No prices displayed anywhere, you only see it in the bill. Cappuccino is the size of espresso and priced at around 5.

Victoria owns this place and she is awesome. She loves what she does and has a passion for quality service, experience, and coffee. Even under construction, this spot is authentic and thoughtfully designed, with a tasteful, down to earth, yet sophisticated aesthetic. Not only that, but the drinks were delicious. I don't drink coffee, so I judge a coffee shop on its chai: this one is housemade (no concentrate) and you can taste the difference. If I lived in DC, I'd come again, and when I come back, I'll make a point to stop here. If you're lucky enough to live nearby, give it a shot–you won't regret it!

The only downside is that they do not have Almond Milk (only dairy and oat - so allergy or allergy).

Bastian is an excellent barista who makes *the best* iced mocha! They use a local BLM oat milk company for their non dairy milk options! Woo! I come just to Tyson's Galleria for this drink.
