Great breakfast spot before heading to Luray Caverns. The service was friendly and the vibe was relaxed. The food was delicious and so was the coffee. #karmelknockingaround

Leslie and the whole team were SO friendly. Wonderful recommendations on drinks, perfectly toasted scones, and just really lovely service all around.

We came back in shortly after leaving to order more toasts, they were phenomenal. Cannot praise the shop, the quality, the staff, everything, enough!

Coffee roasted regularly (YES!), with exquisite varieties to choose from, delightful baked goods, savory breakfast sammies…oh, and the coffee is delicious. I live in the D.C. Metro area, but I’d seriously consider driving all the way to Luray just for another cup of joe from Broad Porch. If you’re in the area for the caverns or just passing through, you MUST visit this place!

I’m in love with this place. I was passing by and chose to stop to have coffee with my family and I was lucky to do so. I like the interior so much. They have outside tables that has river view and the staff were so nice. I ordered caramel latte and it was good.

Pimento cheese and pickled apples on the breakfast biscuit sammy were what made it so good... super friendly service too!

The breakfast Sammy was disappointingly small, the salmon dill toast is where it’s at. The hot matcha rivals Starbucks’ and the coffee is good. The interior of the shop has a cozy modern vibe and a lot of sunlight. I’d definitely go here again to fill up before heading out on an adventure

We were visiting Luray just for the day and were thrilled to find this great coffee shop! We had no idea it was their opening day. It's a great space filled with friendly, smiling people. I ordered a flavored latte and it was absolutely delicious. Theres a deck out back and plenty of seating inside. If in Luray I'd highly recommend stopping by!

Came in this past Tuesday at 7am after catching the sunrise in Shenandoah. I got the breakfast biscuit sammy and my fiancé got the Appalachian Cuban toast. Both of our breakfasts were very yummy, I personally loved the apples on mine. The place was super cute and well decorated. We got a seat by the window overlooking the water and it made for a lovely morning stop. The staff were also super friendly, especially for just after opening on a weekday. Would love to go back if we are in the area again.

Wonderful little cafe. Excellent coffee and delicious baked goods. The breakfast cake was made in house and warm when I visited. Couldn't resist. Great service.

No small town hospitality here. Even behind the counter, they didn’t look too happy with each other. One worker behind the register rolling her eyes at another worker putting item in oven. The staff was just rude. Some person came in with a dog and it’s just the way she told the customer “ no dogs allowed” not what she said it was how she said it and then some guy making the coffee telling people they were crowding the entrance and to move again not what he said but how he said it. Turned me off right away won’t be back! . Oh yeah my muffin was stale. It was so bad I couldn’t even eat it. I had to just toss it. It was so dried out.
