Very disappointing. We arrived at 4:30, they close at 5. The staff had already turned off their oven, they weren't courteous. We ordered what was available, sat down and we're immediately told that they were officially closed. We said we would like to finish the item we purchased. The young man trolled his eyes, shook his head and came back with a vacuum cleaner and started vacuuming right next to us. They have lost our business!

I am from out of town and needed somewhere to work for a few hours. I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was, the quality of the coffee and food, and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming. I wish this place was in my hometown.

Classic coffee house! Loved it. I stayed at the Kilmarnock Inn and this was a short but nice morning walk away. Quaint setting, nice selection, check it out!

Was looking for somewhere to work for a few hours away from home and this was perfect. Nicely decorated and lots of good options.
Just fyi they have a credit card minimum which I can understand since cash saves them money on credit card fees, but I bet many don't carry cash. I do so didn't bother me.

Front Porch CoffeeHouse is an oasis in Kilmarnock, because in a desert of small town "same old" businesses locally, they dared to dream big.
Amazing attention to detail both inside and out, it doesn't make any difference if your order is "to go" or you care to linger a while, your experience will leave you with a smile on your face.
Their friendly staff and great coffee is served up with seating both inside and out that is designed to let their customers hide/mingle/or even conduct business in comfort. Add in amenities like free wifi, big city newspapers, and a decent choice of food that complements the coffee, and you quickly recognize that they have one-upped your typical Starbucks.
My only knock is their choice to close on Sunday's. Kilmarnock more than doubles in size on the weekends from May - September with an influx of weekenders and vacation home residents who also want to be served. Yet, like most of the other businesses in town, they choose to limit their exposure to this lucrative source of new business by half! I can't tell you how many times I would have grabbed a coffee on the way out of town on Sunday, if they had only been open...

Iced latte, a succulent lemon cranberry muffin and great conversation with a friend. A welcome oasis in this sometimes difficult world.

Our second trip frp Deltaville this month. Every thing is always wonderful. The employees are always welcoming and friendly. The food and drinks are great. We will be back!

A wonderful addition to the neighborhood. Great Peets coffee, friendly staff, and inviting 'living room type' environs. Wifi, outdoor seating, and nice music are pluses!

Very cool little coffee house with almost anything you could want from a coffee house. Friendly fast service in a really well done coffee house setting. If you are in the area I highly recommend you stop in for refreshments.
