From the moment we walked in, we knew it would be a good morning! Friendly service, a delicious chai tea latte and and a warm, tasty cinnamon roll to share. Wait till you get to those last gooey bites in the middle! Nice find on our vacation right across from the JMU stadium. Enjoyed watching college students bringing a parent with them!

Great spot to grab a quick bite, especially for breakfast. This might be blasphemous to say but the bagel I had here may have surpassed Mr. J's... I know I know. I had the jalapeño cheddar bagel it was toasted to perfection and light and airy while still substantial. The cappuccino was very good as well. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

The Skinny Monkey 🐒 (pictured) was one of the most delicious breakfast Sando’s I’ve ever had! The perfect changeup if you’re not looking for the traditional egg breakfast Sando (which I will be back to try as well)! 🐵
Skip Starbucks and Deny Dunkin’ in favor of Cinnamon Bear and you won’t regret it!!
