Guilty Pleasure Coffee Shop (Homemade)

I went last week and had a great experience! I ordered the vanilla cappuccino and had one of their delicious pastries. I enjoyed the calming environment and love seeing the smiles greeting me as I walked in. I told all my nursing friends about this place. #1 place to get quick AMAZING coffee. Keep up the great work 🤩

Shop was clean and had outdoor seating, which is a plus in lieu of covid. Morgan was very helpful and attentive. I loved my iced hazelnut latte with dark chocolate syrup. Very delicious it was! Ill def be returning to try the pastry options as well.😋

My wife and I both really enjoyed our coffees! The lady working was extremely nice!

I was very excited to go to this new coffee shop downtown. I reviewed the menu so I knew what I wanted when I got there. I placed an order for a caramel latte and a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. They open at 7, and I was there before 8:15. I was told that they were out of sandwiches. So I decided to get a blueberry muffin. The only other alternative was a slice of vanilla cake. From the menu, I had in mind to get an order of a coffee cake to take with me. But they didn't have that either. So I got the caramel latte, and a blueberry muffin. When I took a sip of the latte in my car, it wasn't very hot. But once I got home and reheated it, it was good but it was a little weak. Nice flavor though. The blueberry muffin was awesome. There were two ladies behind the counter. One was relatively pleasant, the other not so much. At that time of day, I don't know if she already had a bad experience with a previous customer, but regardless, you are the greeter and the service person so you should always be as pleasant and inviting as possible. I used to do customer service also. And no matter whatever happened before my present customer was in front of me, they never knew. I always put on a pleasant face, a pleasant greeting, and my best foot forward.

Certainly a small hole in the wall location near downtown Hampton. It’s no frills but the coffee is good! Not much of a food selection, maybe a few bakery items. Place is clean and staff was friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Changed my review because I finally got a chance to try this place . Turns out, Google is wrong , they open up at 7am . The coffee is absolutely delicious, the staff was also very attentive and nice. I seen some of the reviews say they weren't greeted when they came in , but that's not my case , as soon as I opened the door I got a "good morning how are you " . If you're in the downtown Hampton area , the coffee is a much better alternative than a chain coffee shop .

I was excited about going to this place. I read most of the reviews prior to selecting as well. I often meet friends for coffee at different places to catch up. My friend was late so I went in. There was one person seated waiting for her order and the employee who seemed to be having trouble with the coffee press. There was some music playing and the first thing I heard was "MF'er" and some other totally inappropriate words followed. My thought was really? It's 10am. The young lady turned around and said I'll be with you in a moment... and turned back to fiddling. I walked out, called my friend and we went somewhere else.

My 2 stars are only, one for location, and 2 for the appearance.
Remember: "The first impression is long lasting" Very disappointed

This is a wonderful shop and much needed in downtown Hampton. The cold brew and coffee are delicious and I am addicted to the vanilla Frappuccino

Nicely decorated shoppe with really great atmosphere. Delicious iced caramel cappuccino, hot vanilla and hazelnut cappuccino and peach iced tea with splash of lemon. Definitely going back and recommend people to check it out!

Worst mocha I've ever had. The place itself is cute, but now I know why it was empty. The girl making my drink poured random amounts of syrups in instead of using the pumps. It was gross! $6 down the drain.
