These are seriously my favorite donuts, especially the maple flavor. These donuts are so buttery and sweet!!! Some of the best donuts around, hands down. The workers are always so generous and kind. I have only have wonderful experiences with Wondering Donut!!!

Love is my wife saying on a Saturday morning,
"I want donuts" and it's worth the drive to wherever they are. But you have to get there early.

Traveled from Rocky Mount & detoured into Forest on the way to Lynchburg today because of The Wandering Donut. Never heard of them before Google pulled them up. I showed up when they were closing but still walked away with three DELICIOUS donuts. Such a nice owner. Now I have to come up with an errand to the Lynchburg area next weekend for a full dozen to share with family. If I can bear to give them up...

Wonderful donuts! We hired their truck for our wedding & they truly provided a special touch to our wedding. We had a small communication mishap, but Sallie was on top of it & took care of it no questions asked. Good customer service can be hard to come by, but not with this business. Truly good customer service & genuinely good people.

My kids love their donuts & it’s always fun to see them in the area on Friday! The employees are so kind & made my daughter’s birthday extra special. Thank you!!

When I first went too the wandering doughnut they sold out of doughnuts so next week when I saw them back in Madison hights I tried again got me some glazed munchkins and it was definitely worth the wait it was really good and delicious I would recommend my family and friends on just taste of the food it was that good

We've gotten donuts from here 4 or 5 times since we moved to Lynchburg in the last couple of years. They never disappoint us. Their donuts are not light and airy like Krispy Kreme; they're a bit more doughy (especially the blueberry). The glazed donuts are not as dense, but are still bready.

Best donuts I might have ever had. They move their trucks around from day to day and cycle through different specials. The donuts are also hexagons, which is a neat quirk. Plan on going here the next time we're in the area.

First let me say that I am not big on donuts (and I’m trying to eat better 🥴) and never really have been. My manager brought some to the office and wanted me to try one. The peer pressure was so bad 😩😩 so I felt compelled to try one and I must say these are the best donuts I have ever had in my life!! I can’t even eat Krispie Kreme or another other donut anymore because I know it won’t compare to these. Also the customer service is awesome. They always greet you with a smile. Great donut + awesome customer service= a forever customer.
