Make reservations since they get busy! A little different variations on traditional afternoon tea offerings, but all delicious. The loose leaf tea selection is marvelous. Grandma's attic has dress up hats and scarves to make it a fancy occasion. The downtown are nearby has delightful shops.

Miss Minerva's is an experience you need to have. Located in the old downtown, you couldn't ask for a better atmosphere. The staff are the loveliest little ladies you've ever met. The moment you walk into the tea room to the time you leave, you've made friends and satisfied yourself with the best tea in town. I highly recommend you visit this little jewel if you haven't already

Always have a friendly host, food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is always nice. They have a great tea selection and their scones are amazing! Reservations are highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely little place! Went in with a few friends, and the whole experience was great. Lots of options, good service, and it's a super relaxing little shop. Totally recommend it!

I so enjoyed my afternon at Miss Minerva's. What other place can one be with a new, happy and interesting companion and enjoy such tasty and delightful food...all prepared and presented in quite the genteel manner.

A must do in Culpepper. Excellent service with fabulous food. A wide variety of teas available and for the more adventurous customers hats, scarfs and jewelry available for dress up.

An absolute delight! I love this sweet little tea room. Every item is thoughtfully prepared and delicious. Very attentive staff. Not to be missed!

What a wonderful experience! The sraff was wonderful. The selections were many. The chicken salad and egg salad are exquisite. Looking forward to the next trip.
