Beware of the gum smacking old witch named Carol, her natural habitat is in the kitchen and very unpleasant to be around. Also literally watched some dude pick up a donut with a dirty dish rag! Common sense and courtesy is non existent here

KRISPY Kreme serves perfect clouds of fluffy sugar dough. So good even if I know I shouldn't be eating them.

Busy Busy Busy!!! No parking available at the restaurant and drive thru was full. But the staff handled the morning rush crowd with a smile and served everyone professionally😊👍🏽. 4 stars vice 5 because only one cash register was inside was able to process credit card purchases the other one could only do cash purchases.

Do not get another drink from here. The milk for the milkshakes they give you are 7 times outta 10 old or expired and the water they give you is from the SINK they do NOT have a drink fountain. Also the supervisor iesha was very rude and nasty with my wife and I. Donuts were good though.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. My husband pulled up and ordered a box of specialty donuts with 3 of them being creme filled chocolate glazed specifically. The attendant mentioned being out of the chocolate dip but stated he could do creme filled glazed instead. My husband accepted, got to the window and paid. When he got home we opened the box to find it filled with 12 regular glazed donuts. The "creme filling" on 3 of the donuts was literally 3 tiny stripes of white icing. Seriously? Not even close to what was ordered! Absolutely unacceptable service.

Krispy Kreme donuts are delicious. This is especially true when the famous red light is glowing to let you know hot fresh donuts now. The customer service at the Battlefield location was outstanding! We recently met an employee, Eric. What an outstanding personality and employee.

Donuts are fresh. They're too sweet for me.

The staff are very rude. When I asked for a dozen hot donuts the lady practically yelled at me it said that she couldn't sell me any hot donuts. Every time I come here they either completely mess up my order or they are out of pretty much everything. I just waited in line for like 20 minutes to be told that they're too busy to take orders right now and was given a coupon.

Ordered a latte, the gentlemen employed by Kristy cream did not understand a lick of English. Sent it back once this was his second attempt. Had to request money back. Need to hire employees who speak or at least understand English. He handed me a hott drink twice and is incompetent. Sad company
