A bit pricey, but the taste was worth it.

I got their small pumpkin spice latte with almond milk ( +$0.80) and the total came to over $6. But it tasted very good - deliciously creamy where almond milk sometimes tastes watered down. They make all of their flavors and syrups in-house, and it shows. Their pumpkin tasted very true to natural pumpkin flavor without getting too bogged down or overpowered by sugars.

The vibe is also very nice - they have a couch, plenty of chairs, and a large window that lets in lots of natural light. I’d recommend this coffee shop to anyone in town, just be prepared to pay a little more than average for it.

I’ve been here twice during my visits to Charlottesville. Each time the coffee is amazing and the vibe is great. They even started making their own syrups that don’t have any corn syrup, which gives me migraines. Thank you for being a great contribution to the coffee climate. You’re appreciated. Megan

Only down side, I almost walked past this place. Front door is hidden toward the back of its parking lot. And its business neighbor gives off closed vibes.

Did a quick stop by for a latte. Tried the Honey Vanilla very smooth, filled to the top, has a wonderful aroma.

One of the best coffee shops in Charlottesville, and this location is the better one in my opinion, especially if you are looking to study or just relax. It has plenty of natural lighting and the seats are very comfortable. I normally get an Americano, but their mochas are pretty good, as are their chocolate chip cookies (the cookie is a little hard but the taste is really good). If you want a cup of water, the cups are tiny, which is a detraction but that's okay. I get the coffee beans from here to make my morning coffee, too, and they're independently good and single origin. Overall just a good experience.

A quiet coffee shop in the cut, Mudhouse 10th st. offers excellent service and delicious coffee beverages. I also enjoy perusing their selection of coffee wizardry retail items. A special electric water kettle specifically for pour-overs? Yes, please!
Bring a book or your tablet/laptop, and spend an hour. Leave your earbuds out and enjoy their playlist.

Excellent coffee and croissant-quiche with spinach and feta. Nice server. Faux industrial decor. Limited parking. A bit pricey.

It's ok. Pretty middle of the road coffee especially considering there's ar least 10 coffee shops in a 10 block radius. The pastries are usually good.

Best coffee shop in town! Make sure to try the honey vanilla latte.

The masala chai and Kolache were tasty…and the view is also nice!

The quality of the coffee is excellent. If you like cheap coffee that taste like dirt, bless your heart, this is not the place for you.
