I’ve been craving an egg sandwich since all this hit the wall. Unfortunately, it’s been over a month since I had my last real fix. Today, all that changed. After driving down to the Winooski from Mt. Mansfield to get an hour of peaceful fly fishing in before sitting down for a dreadful day of working from home, only to lose half my rod (a story for another day), I knew the only way to recover would be an unforgettable breakfast. That’s when I found KCs. The clouds had lifted! It was the perfect ratio of egg, bagel, meat and cheese- all fresh! You guys have restored my faith in humanity. Plan to see me often; the drive’s worth it!
