The coffee selection is pretty good and the pastry selection is outstanding. The service is mediocre. The girl behind the counter was very nice and informative, but was interrupted by a rude older lady throughout our ordering process. They heated my popover without asking if I wanted it heated, made it to-go when it was for here, and seemed generally disorganized with drinks and food coming out at opposite ends of the cafe. I would suggest this place for a snack if you aren’t in a hurry.

We had the stuffed eggplant for two and a coconut fudge brownie. The food was really good but definitely tourist priced.

Lovely environment and some vegan options available!

We decided to try this place out for breakfast. My husband got a large coffee and I got a large maple latte. We got a few different things to share with our son... a chocolate chip muffin, maple apple muffin, strawberry brie scone and a egg muffin with meat, veggie and cheese. Our toddler enjoyed the chocolate chip muffin. We split everything else. The food and drinks were very delicious. We will definitely go back again for breakfast.

LOVE the Bee!! Ate breakfast with our ski buddies 3 times this past weekend. Everything is made from scratch, and the caramel latte is the BEST latte I've ever had - blows Starbucks out of the water. The Bee is so quaint - the perfect Vermont touch. A must for a quick bite whilst in Stowe. Keep up the hard work, Bee!

There was a little hiccup with the order upon picking up, which is the only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review. However, it was handled professionally, they made it right, and the quality of their gluten free pastries is absolutely out of this world! We travel to Stowe at least once a year on vacation, and I will make it a point to go back every time we're there. Thank you Stowe Bee.

I gave Stowe Bee Cafe a rating of three stars only because the woman behind the counter was so nice. I really liked her, she is so appropriate and kind. However, the product itself is so amateur. I tried three different items and they were all Third Rate products. The coffee was acceptable, the Americano was alright, but the European style latte was better. The caramel latte was not good. It is my opinion that this Cafe will be closed within a year. Partly to do with its location and the fact it has nothing special in the way of product to draw the crowd. The prices for the pastries are acceptable, but the coffee is slightly overpriced and it's not so good. The coffee product per say, is not the problem, it's how they are preparing it. The owners also don't really understand what it means to use quality or local ingredients. That can be a problem for vermonters. But I wish them well.

We felt the bakery items were pretty good but way over priced. The drip coffee was weak as well.

Lunch was good but have had better. Cubano panini was overfilled with meat and bakery goods were not fresh. From other reviews maybe the biscuit sandwiches are better. Recommended as Stowe has few breakfast options
