First of all, there is absolutely wonderful service every time I'm lucky enough to come here! The staff is all friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The treats are crazy delicious and there is such a wide and ever changing selection. I look forward to every trip that I get to take here; it is truly a five star experience, every time.

Great local French pastry shop right around the corner from Church Street. Nice seating area with street view. Pastry and dessert selection is excellent. Also, morning croissants are amazing. They do cakes -- ordering ahead is recommended. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

A real bakery! Macarons, tarts, creme brulee, ganached cakes, croissants—all delicate and lovely. Everything is decadent and fatty... just how baked goods are meant to be. 😚 Some of the flavors are mild to my palette, but the textures are spot-on. High class joint they've got. V professional.

The best cinnamon bun I've ever had came from this bakery. This place is always busy, for good reason. A food hot spot with incredible baked goods as well as more traditional breakfast fare. Go!

Part of why I'm kind of annoyed with this place is because of all the hype surrounding it. People insist it's the best breakfast place in town, but I won't go back. The service was just ok, nice and polite, but very slow. The food was really bland and generic and the coffee was honestly terrible. The French desserts are much better than the breakfast food, but they're still kind of overpriced and too rich for me anyway.

This used to be a wonderful business. Since the move to South Burlington I've noticed several changes: 1) Almost everything they make is being made noticeably smaller, yet the prices have remained the same. 2) Some favorites have just gone missing altogether. 3) Special order items always need to have the messages double-checked for spelling/accent mistakes. 3) The phone seems to be left unattended in the afternoons. Despite leaving a call-back number, no one ever does call back.

There's never a shortage of "Oh I'm sorry" and "I'll send it back to make it right." But what about just getting it right the first time? I also don't need the attitude that comes with you having to fix your mistakes.

Today was the last straw when you folks bungled yet another birthday cake (or rather didn't make it at all). After over two decades of patronage, I'm done.

The only reason you get two stars is because I've consumed more 'pain au chocolate' (please stop calling them 'chocolate croissants.' They're not crescent shaped) in France than I care to admit, and yours are actually the best. C'est la vie...

I called in a pickup order for 3 reubens for my coworkers and I today and boy was I impressed. Everyone looked happy and was friendly, the store was clean and had proper signage to keep masks on and stay distanced, the food was fantastic. I don't think i've had a better reuben! I hope this company is doing well as a whole and keeps their employees happy, you are definitely doing something right! -Matt

Mirabelles can do no wrong. My cheat day is Tuesday morning after work. Everything they make is divine. I get myself a dessert and the family a dinner--chicken pie, or tortiere, or soups.... This week, I bought a veggie lasagna. O.M.G! It is one of the best that I have had. Thank you for existing, Mirabelles. :-)
