Always great service and good selections. Can personalize and custom adjust the drink for sugar levels as well as ice levels. Always very busy, but pretty efficient in making the orders and turning around fairly quickly.

Fantastic service and incredibly tasting teas. I love going here to get my usual, because it's always made to perfection and never fails!

I loved this place when I lived in Vermont, and now that I've moved, I'm heartbroken.

I know the drinks here are made well - but after trying to find a similar bubble tea place near my new house, I realize how spoiled I became with Fresh drinks! Their boba was ALWAYS perfect - just the right amount of chewy, didn't stick to each other, etc. The flavors were great, and I felt safe experimenting with different toppings and flavor combos because I never had anything I disliked.

Whenever I visit, this is going to be a stop on my trip.

Visited Fresh today (7/23/19) and was compelled to leave a positive review after witnessing a customer ahead of me get visibly upset and angry after not receiving her bubble tea BEFORE the customer who ordered ahead of her. Watched as she berated the two workers for simply doing their jobs, and looking around, realized I was not the only customer confused and surprised by this verbal outburst. She stormed off without her tea, but I just felt motivated to write a quick review as another customer who witnessed this to say that I thought the staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout my visit and has been every time I’ve been in the past. Even when this woman made it very clear she was just having a bad day and was letting her cranky mood affect her interaction, the staff continued to make an effort to maintain a friendly face and accommodate her however they could. Was very impressed by the handling of this situation and loved my bubble tea also! Delicious! Thanks Fresh, we Iove you!

Fresh Bubble Tea is amazing. The staff is great and the drinks are amazing. Ever since I moved back home after graduating I have been struggling to find a place half as good as Fresh Bubble Tea. In my opinion, best bubble tea cafe on the East Coast.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks. 2 people watching 1 person make a line of drinks while the cashier acts like she hates her job. Also please stop rubbing the top of my drink with your fingers.

This place is so nice! I love the level of customization with having different options for sugar and ice amounts. The tea tastes amazing, as do the jellies and boba. It's a really cute place, and everyone should go.

There are so many good options, everything is delicious. The people are nice and the drinks are made quickly. I highly suggest getting the lychee jelly or the coconut jelly.

I didn't know what a lot of the things we're so you could ask for a sample to taste them or ask the workers what they are.
