Great sandwiches. Great breakfast food. I think their cinnamon rolls are their weakest pastry, but everything else is excellent.

Great food but service is in need of attention, took an hour 15 min for a waffle :( watched a lot of drama behind the counter unfold during that time too

On a recent camping trip to Lake Willoughby I was struck with an unfortunate day of work and had to find a spot with wifi. Cafe Lotti had a fantastic breakfast, strong coffee and great atmosphere. The staff was kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend!! The waffles are amazing.

Great atmosphere, decor, conversation, and of course----coffee! The sandwiches are generous and always really tasty. Very kid-friendly and relaxed with lots of games and books. Many local artisans sell their wares here as well. Cafe Lotti is a great boon to the community. Highly recommend!

Visitied this cafe twice! Totally recommend if you order the right items (see feedback below).
First time we enjoyed breakfast sandwiches and pastries which were phenomenal!!
We returned for a second time - hubby ordered breakfast sandwich and pastry which did not dissapoint; same as first visit.
Unfortunately, my omelet with potato platter was nothing to rave about! Recommend cleaning grill better before making a platter as my omelet had burnt crisps on it and potatoes were too burnt to enjoy! Threw most of my meal in garbage.

This is a quaint little place with excellent food and coffee. Staff was warn and inviting. We are moving to the area and we were visiting. We WILL be back. Plan to be a regular. Going back tomorrow. No need to try anywhere else. Lots of art to purchase if you are interested and local wares.

This little cafe is such a perfect pit stop from our road trip back down to New Hampshire. Their coffee and made to order breakfast sandwiches were made with fresh ingredients and very filling. We also splurged and enjoyed a tasty cinnamon bun. Gladly come here again!

The food was pretty good, and the atmosphere was excellent. My only problem with the place was that it was pretty disorganized. Our drinks came first, but then our dishes came almost one at a time. It might be because it was very busy though. I'd go back if I was in the area though.

An old church now serving as the local coffee joint - you know the vibe is correct; walking into light pouring thru those big church windows and open space; green flora and art surround you; but then, the owner herself took our orders with extra care to give us the exact lattes we requested… served hot, brought over to us at the sofa by said owner on a Sunday after. Amen!

Amazing Italian subs. Unfortunately the sliced turkey, avocado and red pepper hummus was very dry. Get the italian
