I went to this coffee shop on Thursday around 2:00 p.m. after a swim in the lake.
I expected the place would have all kinds of delicious fresh made pastries, but all they had was three small biscuits.

Beautiful vibes and yummy coffee. Also, I deeply appreciate they carry unsweetened almond milk! Keto friendly lattes are a treat!

Came here 2 days in a row for both the kouign-amann pastries (best I’ve ever had) and the mocha lattes. Loved the atmosphere of this charming, minimalist, sunny cafe, and can’t wait to return next time I visit VT.

Delicious pastries and coffee. Both worth a detour in their own right. And in a great space for working, relaxing, or socializing.

This place is so amazing!
Everything from the strong coffee, specialty teas, and amazing pastries.
The baristas are really nice and it’s a great space to work remote.
Thank you!

Women owned coffeeshop in a workshop building shared with art galleries. Lots of cozy seating spread out. Offering a classic menu of coffee/non-coffee drinks with beans from a local women-owned roasters, as well as fresh baked pastries. The barista was really nice when I visited and let me use my reusable mug to get coffee!

Great plain croissants. Read about their head Baker Chris Johnson and I agree he is awesome - the plain croissant was perfect, the sweeter kougin-amman great for 2 people, the apple coffee cake awesome! My cappachinos were perfect as well. Great wifi and they have "to stay" cups fyi.

I’ve heard their coffee described as “hip Brooklyn-style.” They use Brio Coffeeworks beans, one of Vermont’s finest. As such, their coffee is perhaps among the best. Their food is good, if not pricey and of limited selection. My breakfast sandwich had an impressive three fried eggs in it!
My only complaint is that their kitchen ventilation is poor, so I come out smelling like a frying pan.
