Came into town for a funeral with a heavy heart. Hadn't been able to eat yet that day. The friendly service and egg sandwich on a delicious everything bagel both made me feel a lot better. Ordered a shortbread and chocolate chip cookie for later in the day that also turned out to be delicious. Was happy that I took a chance on this unfamiliar place.

Owner has complete lack of respect. Got nothing but an attitude for asking for a little extra cream cheese because she barely put any on my bagel. Shes one of the most rude employees i have ever encountered. Highly recommend not coming here.

Serves breakfast, light lunch, and desserts. Food is EXCELLENT! I'm not sure if it is all homemade, but it is high quality and delicious. Today I had chicken salad on a spinach bagel with Thai chicken soup. Both were very good. I didn't get dessert, but did sample a few of them- the carrot cake was amazing! It has only four tables to sit at, so it is not a huge place. Parking is mostly on the street, but there are three spots on the Safford street side. I will be visiting again soon!

Service was terrible. The guy making our bagels had to refer to the menu multiple times and had to ask me to repeat myself five times and didn't even include the extra egg that I asked for. The bagels did not seem fresh and the egg in the second sandwich was left completely un-seasoned and bland. Nobody behind the counter were wearing masks, and the plexiglass screens were completely inadequate.

I really wanted and acai bowl and love a bagel delivered a great tasty bowl of yummyness. I was pleasantly surprised that they also have a wide range of home-baked goods muffins cookies bars and I can't wait to go back to try some of the other things

This is great to grab a bagel or a piece of carrot cake (wink wink) to go. But if you have amassive amount of kids to feed at any given time and you want to just grab something.... Go to love a bagel. I bought a dozen fresh baked bagels and a large tub of Cream cheese for $17. If I went anywhere else it would have been twice as much and half as good. Everybody loved it. I never threw any of it out because all of the leftovers were eaten. If you don't waste like me, that's always a gain.

The workers were not friendly at all and had masks under their mouths. I was surprised by them, no smiles just stare at you when you order but busy, not much else for breakfast in the area. Staff could be trained on how to smile and wear the masks.

I'll give them a star for ambiance and good prices but wow, did I have a terrible bagel.

The egg white, sausage and avocado sounded like a good idea. I should have been clued in that it wasn't when the bottom half went into the microwave, which is an excellent way to make a rubber bagel.

But the rotten avocado was the crown. Listen, I know they're expensive and you want to protect your margins but when the avocado is brown, don't freaking feed it to your customers. Absolutely disgusting.

Unfortunately I got it to take on the road, so I couldn't return it but don't worry - I won't be going back in there again.
