This place has the best coffee in town, owner is very nice and the drinks were fantastic and very reasonably priced.

We came here early this morning and even though our order was hefty, the staff was quick, kind, and helpful! Definitely a place for you to stop by before a hike or for a quick breakfast stop. We ordered hot chocolate and the caramel macchiatos, both amazing and worth it! Also, if you're wondering if the burritos are worth it as well, I say they are! They came individually wrapped, hot, and fresh.

The best latte and homemade muffins I have ever had! The staff is friendly and efficient, and would recommend Dark Sky Coffee to anyone stopping through Torrey!

Best local coffee spot we’ve hit on our cross country journey from NY! Awesome staff, great portions for the price, and best of all it tastes amazing!!!

The staff there were extremely nice. They all were smiling, communicating well, polite. Customer service is rare these days but not here. And to make it even better the drinks we got were extremely DELICIOUS! The breakfast burrito were just okay but they are a coffee shop not a food place.

I was so excited to find this adorable coffee shop in Torrey! It made my Capitol Reef experience all the more awesome! The owner was super friendly and the coffee was delightful!

Awesome coffee place in a small town! If you need a good cup o’ joe or espresso this is a great little spot.

It doesn’t open until 8am, so you’ll need to wait if you’re an early riser.

We stopped at this coffee shop on our way from Capitol Reef out to Escalante Monument, I had the black & white mocha and my mom had a root beer. We told the owners about our trip, how we were going down to Bryce and then heading up to Salt Lake City to pick some broken men and their broken bikes after they got chewed up and spit out by the Trans American Trail. Bryce was beautiful, and the drive down Highway 12 was a highlight of our whole trip, it was really spectacular. Here are the motorcycles! We retrieved my dad with his badly sprained ankle, his mostly intact bike, and his friend's wrecked bike. We hung around Salt Lake, went out to the Bonneville salt flats, Antelope Island, and some other neat places. I flew out of SLC and my mom drove the Jeep back to SC (Dad couldn't drive because stick shift is too hard with a sprained left ankle). So glad we stopped at this coffee shop on our journey, just wanted to give you guys an update. ❤️

Best cappuccino I’ve had since being in Italy. ❤️ With super friendly service on top (thank you for being the good in world), Dark Sky is a must stop.

Coffee was awesome. Hot, but not too-hot-to-drink-for-hours hot. I had a white chocolate latte, and the flavoring was absolutely perfect. Not overwhelmingly sweet, not lacking in flavor. Just perfect, as you would like it. My family was satisfied with their drinks as well. Definitely would recommend, and prices are great too.
