Best coffee in town very friendly staff and are always on top of there game the only complaint I would have is every know and again someone makes it and over half of the cup is foam barely any coffee

The people are always nice and very polite. Love their ice white chocolate mocha. Also their hot raspberry chi tea. Also very nice to my 2 dog. When I have them with me. They treat them like family.

Not a fan of the attitude the ladies have here, nor do I feel I need to be prompted to leave a tip. If your service is good or better, I will feel like tipping, otherwise, please don't "suggest" anything concerning a tip. This is about as bad as YouTube videos that "remind" people to subscribe to their channel. Now, onto the coffee. If you ask for the special regular coffee, you'll get a decent freshness brew, otherwise, you'll get bitter tasting stale regular coffee. Everything else is full of sugar, even the teas.

Best coffee in town!

After only two visits the batista remembered what I order, now when I pull up they just verify I want my "regular". I can go a month without stopping by and they still remember what I order.

This is a great little coffee shop! Most of the employees are very friendly and patient. Sometimes you have to pay attention to the time you're going as the lines can get long.

Their Chai Latte's are off the hook good plus the girls that work there are amazing! The owner is so giving and gives back to the community. He did a fundraiser for my friend's son after he was part of a big car accident right infront of their business and matched all the tips they got that day and gave all the earnings to the special little boy! Anyways it's a great place with amazing products!

As I write this review, I write it with a heavy heart. I want to start by saying, I love your beverages! They are so much better, than any other in Tooele coffee house. I feel like your drinks are reasonably priced, and worth what you pay for. However, in the past I'd say six months, I feel like your customer service has severely went down. I have loved Jana's since my first Mocha White Chocolate. Due to a new job change, and having to be to school immediately after, I sometimes come within 10 to five minute of closing. On two separate encounters, I was served by the same two young ladies. Usually all of the baristas on staff are very kind. The one that helped me both times was VERY unkind. The first time, my drink may as well just been thrown into my vehicle, because that's how it was thrown into my hand. Had my hand not been there, I'm pretty sure she would have thrown it in my lap. Second time as a I pull up, the same barista; I see her yell to her co-worker in the back: "ugh. it's that same car again" *eye roll* I then let this go, thinking "yeah she's right I shouldn't be here so late." Then I get to the window she violently slams the window open, and says: " I sure hope you hope your paying with a credit card, otherwise I can't help you" another *eye roll* I have never been treated like this by any other Jana's employee, and am disappointed to say I have given up on coming here due to these two bad experiences. Though late I don't feel I need to be shamed because I go there when it wasn't convenient for you. I have now made my way up the street to Starbucks. Their drinks are definitely not as good, but they are happy to help me, regardless of what time it is. Without attitude. Realizing that just because I'm the last customer, doesn't make me any more invaluable to their business, and their checks do consist of revenue from me and my tips. I really wish this hadn't happened, I love your business and up until recent was a full supporter and sent friends etc. However since this experience I just can't bring myself to go back. I hope future staff, or current learn that you are on display to the public, and your actions reflect positively or negatively on your business. I'm very sorry Janna, and I wish you continued success.

Went with a friend. Just had normal black coffee. Unless you're getting something special it's not worth the wait.
