I had 20 minutes to order a frozen coffee and Amy told me it's too late to make one. I am not sure why they say they're open until 4pm then refuse to make me a frappuccino??? First impressions are very important and I can say based on this experience I will not be coming back!

So yummy!!! The Avocado Bagel on an everything bagel, was perfect! And the Ditta Caffe Latte was delicious! We will definitely be back!

During a cross-country trip along I-80 to move from Pittsburgh, PA to San Francisco this summer, my wife and I made it a point to stop at good-looking coffee places as a start to each day. It's a hobby of ours.
Around SLC, we were inundated with the usual suspects -- looking at you, Starbucks. But the reviews, photos, and location of Ditta caught our eye and seemed like a good enough option to make a stop, even a tough out of our way. The owner was friendly and conversational and her eyes lit up when I explained about our coffee-hopping hobby. When I got my coffee and tasted it, I promised her I'd leave a glowing review.
It took me a few months to get around to it, but the coffee was good enough that I couldn't let myself forget the review. I mean, just take a look at their Instagram page and you'll see that it's a labor of love. I can say without hesitation that this was the best coffee we had during our trip. If I lived in SLC and worked in SLC, I'd *still* make the trip out to Stansbury Park for this, at least on weekends.
If you enjoy good coffee and you're planning a trip, or if you're already on one and you're going to pass within 50 miles of this place, or if you just plain live near it, it's probably worth taking a detour and grabbing a cup -- which can be quite large (I can't remember if the largest was 20oz or 24oz, but it beats the normal 16oz I'd expected!).

I'm really happy a place like this opened up in Stansbury. An LGBT friendly space to get coffee and chat in the heart of Mormon suburbs is great. It's a quaint little place with good coffee, tea, pastries, and good service. We need more places like this in Tooele county!

DELICIOUS. Had the jalapeno and cheese bagel with tomato, avocado, etc. Just the right amount of spice in the sandwich from the homemade bagel and jalapeno cream cheese and the prices were great for drinks and food items. Will definitely go again and try more.

Ditta cafe is a home away from home. Amy and Kate are a fantastic team that make sure your experience is nothing short of the best. They also serve La Barba coffee and Tea Grotto tea which are the best coffee and tea you can get west of Salt Lake Local. Definitely check them out.

I've been coming here for a few months, great coffee/lattes, make sure to get a fresh bagel (not the day old). PLEASE bring back the bacon/tomato/avocado breakfast bagel!!!

Don’t be surprised if you show up on Sunday! This business occupies the foyer of a strip mall church. We did not realize that and were a little caught off guard by the “churchiness” of the random people who came out and introduced themselves without any context for who they were…

Delicious asiago bagel and mocha!
