I fell in love with the atmosphere as soon as I walked in. My entire family was excited to eat here but we were ultimately disappointed with our order. We started off with coffees which weren’t too bad, a little pricey. We had a pretty large food order. It took a while to get out to us but that’s okay. Once the food came to our table we realized almost everything we ordered was wrong. The portions were extremely small. I ordered the largest size of my sandwich and I only received a half. I was supposed to get coconut bacon on my sandwich but they put regular bacon on it. We also got the Double Dutch with waffles and they brought it out and we received zero waffles. We asked for the Avocado toast completely plain without salt and there was a balsamic vinegar added on top. It was a very confusing order and we had to go back in and corrected it over two times. We paid $70 and with a tip added it was $90. Very disappointing experience. The girl who took our order was very kind and explained everything well. There was no wrong doings on her part.

I like to come here on Sundays after yoga class (they have great hours for a St George coffee shop). Most of the people working have great customer service, the pastries are delicious and so are the food offerings (vegan breakfast burrito is my current fave). There is something for everyone here. I love all the different options of drinks, but unfortunately no matter what drink I order it is insanely too sweet. Even when I order it half sweet it's pretty strong. Last time I ventured to try the keto monk mocha, sweetened with monk fruit I believe, for some reason thinking it would be less sweet. It was so sweet it made me sick, I couldn't even finish it. I find it strange how the drinks here are this way since I order sugary drinks from Perks and Starbucks all the time with no sensitivities.

Lovely and charming environment, great selection of gluten free and vegan options. It’s popular so there can be a slight wait, but we’ll worth it, plan accordingly. The staff was very friendly, highly recommend the cowboy avocado toast, breakfast burrito and all drinks!

We fell in love with this place the first time we visited and must have just gotten lucky. The last 2 times have been pretty disappointing. If you like time and efficiency this is not the place for you. Had a 45 minute wait for 2 burritos because of some kitchen drama while others who ordered after continued to be served about a month and a half ago. The last 2 visits the staff has not been familiar with the coffee drinks available on their menu. Baristas could either use a back up to assist or more training in general. Customer service training would be helpful, too. Happy to pay higher prices because their coffees and sweet treats are awesome. Definitely won't be back after this last visit.
Edit: Sure. I certainly understand these are difficult times and everyone is doing the best they can. This team today seemed stressed, burned out, undertrained and had low morale. Seems like a management or training issue and a dire need for quality leadership and process development. Anyway. Just my feedback. Hope things improve for everyone!

My girlfriend and I were looking for vegan options because of her dairy and egg allergy. We tried their vegan donuts and 5 minutes later she’s having a bad allergic reaction. If you’re looking for vegan options or have allergies I do not recommend FeelLove Coffee!

One of the few coffee shops in town. Local chain of about 6 locations. On the Food tour with Saimi and Mark Foodie Field Trips.

Great scones and lattes. A little limited on drip coffee options but overall great drinks and service.

The vegan breakfast burrito was so amazing! Especially the tofu scramble inside was divine 😌 The coffee is also so yummy however the most expensive coffee I’ve ever purchased. I ordered a custom iced latte the first time I was here and it somehow managed to be $12. I didn’t noticed until after I paid. Oh well, I’ll just be more careful next time 😬
