I came here to do some Christmas shopping and I walked right back out. Your theme in this store is fowl, stop grooming children.

A beautiful store with all the best books, at great prices! Nice place to hang out & browse. They even have some really fun merch up in the corner! Great vinyl selection, too!!

I was having a hard time finding a book. And it’s been years since I’ve been inside a book store. I usually order online. The customer service desk had one person helping a line. So I saw that the register upfront was empty so I asked the lady there. She said she was finishing some things up and would call a person to customer service desk and told me to look for a man. I go over and there was an older lady with short hair available, I wasn’t sure if she was busy or If I should still wait for the man they said they would call over. This old lady, with short hair looks at me and flings her hands up and rudely said she has been there the whole time(she was not!). I had not said a word to this lady and I didn't even ask her or complain why there was not another person. I then asked her the author of the book. I didn’t want to ask her what book I was specifically looking for. I’m a shy person, and don’t do well when people are being rude to me. So I try looking for it myself but could not find it. I saw a man working there available and I asked him if he could help me find the book I specifically was looking for and he went out of his way to grab the book. It would of been a one star if it wasn’t for the man that helped me there. But I think I’m going back to ordering online with the a different business I was using before because of my experience. If you’re in customer service and hate it then leave, you’re no help or change your attitude.

I love that you can just sit and have some quiet time. I love being able to go and plan future vacations as well. No one ever bothers me there.

I love Barnes and noble but this train table made me love it even more. Took my child here just to play in the children’s area and we stayed or two hours reading and playing.

The staff present where very helpful and when I went off in a corner to read they mostly left me to myself which was awesome! I ended up by a book because I wanted an excuse to eventually come back again.

Brick and mortar book stores will always beat online for me. It's the whole experience of picking out a new book for me. Nice well maintained store

This is not a bookstore but a propaganda machine, I was disgusted at the theme in the children section. Shame on you.

This is a great place to come and chill. Great environment, great staff and there are way more treats than just books!

I am the wrong person to ask. 30+ years in publishing with B&N also a customer...I can finally just chill among books, merchandise, mags, and a good cup of coffee. I go to escape and the solitude. A great hide-out.
