Perks! Coffee, Espresso, & Smoothies in Zion

100/10 service, 2/10 drinks. I've worked nearby and gone to get drinks on the regular, and it's become abundantly clear that while the staff is truly delightful to interact with, their drinks are not the best. I don't drink coffee, I stick to redbull, and their 'redbull rush' drink is... surely something. They don't seem to know how much is 'too much' flavoring, and just add excessive amounts to every drink. I have had positive experiences with their hot drinks, but again, be ready for something very rich.
I've enjoyed their food when I've gotten it, for the most part, so I would definitely recommend their sandwiches.
TL;DR: Excellent staff experience, but less than stellar drinks. Good food from the kitchen. If you're really desperate for a coffee or the like, they're adequate. A bit pricey.

Great place to start the day before hiking. Open early. Food and coffee are superb.

Pretty expensive steamed milk. I ordered a flat white, which is traditionally much smaller than what I was served. There really wasn't any foam and they put 14oz of steamed milk on top of two shots. Pretty disappointed because my drink should be like 8-10oz depending on where you go, but they filled my 16oz mug all the way up so you can barely taste the espresso. Sorry.

Huervos Rancheros burrito is quite good. Their espresso is brewed strong

Best coffee I have ever had is the Zion Truffle from Perks. I went to Zion in December, found this spot, and consider driving back from Los Angeles all the time, just for the coffee! LA loves their coffee with thousands of spots, but they got nothing on that truffle! Seriously still pining for this drink 4 months later. CiCi is the magical barista that whipped up this delightful treat that I enjoyed both days during our trip. She even made pretty designs in the froth for us, but I can't find my photo to share. Her service and attitude were as wonderful as the coffee. Highly recommended!

Awesome little coffee shop. They open at 6, so it's a perfect spot to grab your caffeine before you hit the trails. They roast their own coffee, and it is LEGIT - so delicious. My wife and I loved getting up early to grab some coffee and do some people watching during the cool early mornings while we stayed at Cable Mountain Lodge. We didn't try and of the food options, but they had a pretty nice menu. The drip coffee and latte's were excellent every time. Great service also! Highly recommend.
