I’ve been coming almost daily since u opened.
I order the same thing every time.

Today I order my coffee & take my first drink it immediately burns my lips & mouth & I have an awful chemical taste. I call to talk to them, Bailey answers says we will make u a new one, I am definitely not wanting another cup of that right now. I’m more worried about drinking straight chemical. More worried about the affects.
I said did u guys just barely clean ur machine, she said yes, I said u guys did NOT rinse it properly.
No apology. I’m sure my coffee was the rinse.
Its ok to tell a customer it’s going to be a long wait or we can’t make that right now, we are cleaning our machine.
Crazy, this is something that can put someone in the hospital.
Those jobs need a checklist, it needs to be signed off by a manager/owner before serving a customer.
Unbelievable.
Big mistake.

Sometimes a response to these reviews can be vague & not really address the issue, or with this issue it could consist of how a machine is cleaned or the staff take steps to assure it’s 100% ready. But, today it was not. So I will also add this to help avoid a standard response, I have over 15 years of experience dealing restaurant/food/beverage/public.
So I understand how de-scale & other cleaners work, very well.
I have seen what de-scale can do to stainless steel if left on it for long period, it’s meant to eat away lime/hard water/crazy build up with ease, it’s a great cleaner if used properly. That’s why there are directions & safety precautions. Sanitizer is also used, even though it says “Food Grade” it can be a serious hazard to humans.
This is how simple things not done correctly can ruin a good business.
No matter if it’s hard to find employees, no matter how hard the day is, u must make sure the business is operated efficiently by protocol set in place & safety being number one priority, when dealing with the public & anything drinkable/edible.

If u can’t trust an employee to clean a machine properly, the owner/manager needs to be in charge of that.

Crazy amount of money spent here since day 1 of opening, always tip generously. Always.

Our first time was great. Than each week we come hoping for a good iced coffee. We get Mr B's and Carmel Cielo. The 6 times after have been bad. It tastes just like milk. No coffee. Than we started asking for less dairy. Didn't change it. Our last time today we asked. Can we get more coffee than dairy. We would like it to taste more like coffee. Only to have more syrup and dairy added. We tried this place hoping to be our replacement. But no. If they can't make an iced coffee they shouldn't work here. Maybe they do it out of spite. I don't know. Plus we tipped each time. So heck no.

I ordered a Vanilla Iced Latte with extra vanilla (because I like a sweeter coffee) and when I took a drink, it was literally all coffee and cream and absolutely no vanilla at all!!😂 Pretty ironic that I got an Iced Vanilla Latte with no vanilla!! We even emphasized that we wanted a sweet coffee. To add to that, my moms Cafe Mocha was burnt lol.

I love beans & brews, I usually go to the Springville Location... Definitely skip the Spanish Fork location and head to Springville. Terrible customer service. 6:30pm on a Wednesday night and they told me they turned off their oven so they couldn't do avocado toast. How hard is toast and bagels? Wouldn't recommend going here during the evening hours. Really sucks for them, I'm a good tipper.

I order the same ice white mocha And Coco bean frappe at all the beans and Brews at Spanish Fork one two days Apart one day it was $12.87 the next day it was $14.02! I don’t think your prices changes in a day and the girl was annoyed that she had to help me because I went inside, Instead of the drive-through
And I said that can’t be right! that’s not the price that not what I paid yesterday and she completely ignored me and just said that Price.
So I won’t go to the Spanish Fork one anymore I will go to the Springville one because the price never changes from day to day!

I love Beans & Brews, but sadly my cold brew tastes like burnt leftover hot coffee... the two stars are for the nice staff and speed of service only. For what you charge, be better than Starbucks.

The absolute worst Beans and Brews in the state! They're always extremely slow here, and consistently give incorrect orders and terrible customer service. I've frequented 6 of the Beans and Brews in Utah, plus one in Idaho and one in Nevada. This is the only one I would NOT recommend visiting.

Why is this place so slow? There is 2 cars In front of me and it's taken over 20 minutes and the first car hasn't got their order yet... Update, that was the worst experience I've ever had at any drive thru. Waited over 30 minutes and ended up leaving with nothing. Avoid this location at all costs

Love my CHAI but every time I go here the wait is too long. The drive thru must take priority over the walk in. 🤷‍♀️ It's been a bit disorganized. I like the coffee tho.
