This place is everything I look for in a coffee shop but the coffee is awful. I’m gathering this might be a Utah thing in general and not the actual coffee shops fault but the latte was so watered down and didn’t taste like espresso one bit. Loved the atmosphere though but Utah needs to get with the rest of the country and get better with coffee and food.
-My partner also got an americano and it was subpar at best.

Best coffee place in city. I love their cafe latte so much

Come for the coffee, stay for the housemade bagels. I’m obsessed with all their bagel flavors and get one every time I go. Pastries are also excellent.

This place became our second home for the few months we were in town (moved away 2 weeks ago). I took my 18 month old daughter here what felt like every couple days and was struck from day 1 how comfortable you are when you walk in. The place is clean, the atmosphere is bright and cozy, and every detail has quite a bit of thought put into it. The balance of an adult coffee shop that is kid friendly without feeling like you're in a red and yellow plastic play place is refreshing. The Kids Cafe in the back is tasteful, and has had as much if not more thought put into it as the rest of the shop. My daughter could play in there for hours and never get bored, we always had to pry her away! (To be fair, it was hard enough prying ourselves away.)
The coffee is La Barba coffee, and Tim does a great job of making sure you have options when you walk in the door. Tim is continually working to perfect his craft in making the best pour over coffee possible, and he already makes a killer cup. Not to mention the latte's here might be the best made latte's I've had anywhere, without too much sugar (unless you ask for it of course), and with some excellent flavors such as the fall latte they had (incredible!). They also serve a variety of homemade pastries, quiches, cakes, and desserts that make you feel like you're right back in your grandmother's kitchen! And on top of that they keep kids snacks available for purchase if your little one gets hungry!
Last but not least, the people here are the best. Tim and his family are all the nicest, most genuine people you could meet. We will miss them most of all, and sincerely hope they have continued success. I only wish we could have taken them all with us.

Not only does this place make amazing coffee, the owners are very knowledgeable in everything to do with coffee. This is also a very family friendly place offering a small play area for the kids to have fun while the adults have coffee. The environment is very cozy and welcoming.

They never failed taking orders. Amazing service, coffee is perfectly brewed with superior latte art. Delicious pastry every time.

Cute place with a great atmosphere and the friendliest staff ever. They serve La Barba coffee in addition to a few pastries. I wasn't blown away by the coffee or the pastries but I do think they have a lot of potential as they continue to grow. Otherwise, it's a fun place to meet up with your girls and catch up.

Takes 30+ min to get a tea or chai every time, almost impossible to get a coffee to go since they don’t have a sense of urgency. Remind them of any pastry you get or you won’t get it. Sizes are smaller now, a regular is maybe 8 oz of coffee? Don’t come here if you have somewhere to be.

This place is so stinking cute. I loved the ambiance. Their avocado toast is DELICIOUS! I wanted more. Great service & great menu selection!

Amazingly friendly staff. Perfectly pulled double shot, the sweetness and texture were spot on. Also one of the best cappuccinos I’ve had in a long time.
