The atmosphere was very cute and hipster but the coffee was subpar. The americano was bland and the iced lavender latte with oat milk was bland and bitter with an awful aftertaste. I also want to point out that the bitterness didn’t come from the coffee.

One of the overpriced cafes in slc with unfriendly staffs. We were excited when a mocha is served with a cute little anchor on top, but soon realized the taste was not worth its price. Well aside from the coffee itself, a male staff at the counter around 12pm was looking away and did not care us talking to him while taking off from the cafe. From today's experience I would not recommend this cafe to anyone, especially given that it has rating 4.7 stars. Would not come here again.

Have been here a few times when in Salt Lake. Love the coffee and atmosphere. But cleanliness not so great. No tables or areas had been wiped off. Might have been busy earlier but when I had came in there was three people in there. The bathroom had obviously no attention throughout the day, there was dried on "stuff" all over the toilet seat and outside of the toilet. The floors and booths had food all over them. Like I said, love the coffee and atmosphere and hopefully this was just an off day.

Good coffee. Good pastries. Clean and comfortable cafe with wifi. Nice mountain views if you can get a seat at the bar!

Charming and adorable, very cozy place to grab a cup of coffee and study, work, or catch up. Staff is very friendly and location is very eco-conscious, they even offered us the leftover drip coffee when getting ready to close! Only bummer is they're only open until 3 on weekdays, but no other complaints!

nice vibe 😌✨
Coffee was typically priced for SLC coffee shop but cookie was insanely expensive for some reason ($4.50)

We’ve tried most of the coffee shops in SLC and this is by far the best in the city. They use great tasting roasts and don’t overpower the lattes with syrups. Their pastries are from Forty Three Bakery and are always delicious. Decor is really cool, especially if you like motorcycles. Good place to work at if you’re wfh. The employees are super nice and we love chatting with the owners! This is a can’t miss coffee shop, seriously just try it!

This place is an absolute gem! Great coffee and great seating. Fantastic aesthetics, and all the baristas are sooooo nice!! I come here all the time. Only downside is sometimes it gets incredibly busy and there's no room to sit. Great coffee shop. Highly recommend!

Came across the Urban Sailor Coffee by taking the wrong turn. Turned out to be the right turn after walking inside. Two young men greeted us (looking very professional) and served up the best Latte that I have had in a long time. Nice atmosphere, clean and inviting.

I moved to the Salt Lake Cuty area not too long ago and had checked out every coffee shop in the area, looking for a golden spot in the neighborhood. When I came into Urban Sailor Coffee I immediately became a regular and it’s now my go to spot! Everything about this business, the team, the atmosphere, the coffee, the community, etc., is truly amazing and I can’t recommend it enough for everyone to experience.
