I have been up to Brighton for many years and just never realized this was here. I came in after some snow squalls to get warm. The barista made me a snickers with 3 shots... it was one of the tastiest drinks I've ever had! I also ordered the breakfast croissant- loaded with tomatoes and jalapeños. Both helped me to recharge and get back out of the runs. I will definitely be headed back there the next time I am up at Brighton. The staff was happy to be there and their attitudes definitely translated over into the food they served. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also happy and content. Thank you!
Coffee was great and prices are very comparable to Starbucks! The staff was also very friendly! The perfect place to get coffee if you’re staying in big cottonwood and don’t want to drive all the way down!
The worst latte i have ever tasted. Over extracted shot and hot flat milk without even a hint of foam. Also got hot chocolate, and, i guess, it was ok. At least these guys know hot to mix powder and milk.
Baristas there are so nice and helpful, the pastries come from a local bakery right down the canyon, coffee is great! Really enjoyed my experience at the blind miner.
$5.50 for a cup of cappuccino; was decent, but not worth the price. No wifi at all; don't be fooled by everyone on their laptops; they are just tethering from their phones. :(

Croissant is good. Problem is the coffee. Very dark roasted coffee with over steamed milk. And they had the audacity to charge 8.25 and ask for tip.

Delicious coffee drinks and yummy food. This is the place to go if you're on the mountain early or whenever and want a coffee and a snack.
It was a fantastic midmorning break spot for us before heading back out.

Closed at 5:15, suppose to be open till 6. Complained about it and they said "it's close enough we can close whenever we want".

Friendly staff. I wish they would expand their hours.
