Blue Copper 2000

In my mind the best roasted coffee in Salt Lake City. Very expensive, but if you’re already spending the $$$ on small batch coffee might as well support a great local roaster rather than saving a few dollars buying stumptown at the grocery store (blue copper is fresher too!)

Wonderful local coffee. Brown Sugar Latte was amazing. Great vibes all around.

My boyfriend went out to grab coffee this morning and decided to stop at this new location. When he got there, he noticed an employee setting up for the day. We've had some issues lately with google times and yelp times misleading us on location hours lately. He proceeded to ask her if the shop is currently open or in the process of opening and would be ready soon to serve. She rudely told him that he needed to go check the hour signs for that when she could have taken 10 more seconds to greet him, let him know they are in fact open, and for all information on store hours, he could read the sign posted on the door. Maybe she wasn't having a great start to the day, but customer service is key. The coffee, itself, is pretty good. But due to the one staff ruining it for all, we don’t think we'll be back to this spot.

I have been to this location on multiple occasions. Sometimes the staff are wonderful and helpful and other times the baristas don’t want to be bothered. I always order green iced tea. Today was the second time the barista did not want to make iced tea. Her excuse today, “they just don’t like to”. Well, guess what?! The Starbucks down the street will make it for me. I will go to the chain instead of supporting my locals.

This coffee shop is amazing. The coffee tastes great, the music is present but not loud, and it is a perfect place to study or chat. Give Blue Copper your support, Salt Lake needs places like this.

Ordered a MEDIUM latte with an extra shot. Cost over $6 and it's the equivalent of every other coffee shops SMALL. I'm all for supporting local coffee shops, but im not trying to get ripped off every morning.

Best coffee in town! Plus the ginger cookies and sugar cookies melt in your mouth. 10/10 would recommend

Great vibe inside the newly opened coffee shop. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. This place is great for the neighborhood, and would be good for a quick stop or to hang out for awhile on their comfy couches.

this coffee shop is soooo good!!!!! i came here after a tattoo and was very pleased with what i got! the mixed berry coffee cake is sooo delicious and the employees were very sweet!!!!!
