Royal Coffee Roasting

This place is fantastic. They have one of the best white mochas I’ve ever had and I’d definitely get it again! The coffee shop is part of a small “food court” style building and there’s lots of tables and chairs. I did some work there on my laptop and it was a great atmosphere. There’s a courtyard with shops and water features just outside and it was really pretty!

Super cute place in a newly developed part of Riverton. It's in a white brick building with lots of big windows. Was hard for me to find the first time so hopefully the pictures help. Definitely recommend Royal Coffee Roasting to my followers.

Stopped in for an iced latte today. Great outdoor seating options by the water fountains too. They have a lot of flavor options for non coffee.

I’ve tried this place on 3 separate occasions because I wanted to like it so badly! All 3 times we waited upwards of 20 minutes for a cold brew, while the staff was friendly they were more focused on chatting with each other and standing around rather than getting out orders a little faster. Two of the 3 times (after waiting 20 minutes) at least one of the drinks we got were wrong. While they were offered to be remade, I’m not sure anyone has 40 minutes to dedicate to waiting for a coffee.

Tasty coffee and at a cool little food court. Will be back soon.

The best. Absolutely love this place, the employees are top notch, some of the kindest humans I’ve ever met! Drinks are all 10/10. I will continue to frequent this location!

Ya know, I visited Royal Coffee once and the experience was not great. I ordered a simple cold brew and waited, basically looking at the girl at the register for about 20 minutes. When I thought that it was getting to be ridiculous, and everyone else had been getting their drinks I approached her. She told me that their cold brew machine was broken and someone was coming to try and fix it. She made me another drink super fast and I went on my way. I was pretty bugged that she hadn't just mentioned it right away instead of wasting my time, but she was young and I understand. I didn't love the drink she gave me but everyone likes their coffee different so that's fine. Still a cool place in with a cool vibe. It seems they are understaffed for their peak hours, which caused the negative experience for me.

I don’t leave reviews that often, and I almost feel bad doing so because the employees were friendly (the only reason I stretched it to two stars), but…wow. I’ve literally never had a worse cappuccino. Overextracted, bitter as could be, but somehow also sour. I’ve had some less than ideal coffees in my time but never one this bad. An unsweetened oat milk cappuccino is my go-to order so I’ve had a lot of them, and this was just the worst I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and go to Peace on Earth (which is very close by) or Ziggi’s or really anywhere else. Maybe if you like the type of drink that barely tastes of coffee you might find something to enjoy here, but if you want to taste the actual coffee, this is just not the place. It’s also on the expensive side. I’m quite surprised to see all the positive reviews, makes me wonder if the machine was broken or something, because it was basically undrinkable. I’d rather drink instant coffee than order here again, and I don’t like instant coffee at all.
