Sub was made. Chicken came out cold. Asked politely for a new sub then the lady Emma rudely suggested to have it double toasted when I asked her in the beginning to have it preheated. Twice she cooked the chicken but then was my fault for not askin to be double toasted. 1 that's not my job an 2nd I didnt appreciate the snobby attitude. It was just a sandwich an just wanted a knew 1 an that was all but the remark was unneeded. Just do your job an have a professional attitude please an thank you

Me, my mom, and my husband ordered over the app and went in and watched them make them. They started them and got to the veggies, and the guy put lettuce on my sandwich even though it wasn't suppose to have lettuce, I nicely said that it wasn't suppose to have that and he took it off but there was still pieces left on my sandwich. Then they waited all the way to the end, even though they could see what was on them by looking at there receipt, to let us know they out of olives and ranch which was the 2 biggest thing we wanted on our order. They just kept apologizing that they didn't get there shipment but didn't offer anything to correct it or make it better. We even asked if they could maybe transfer so that we could go to the subway across town to get what we wanted and they said no then just sat there didn't offer anything for the inconvenience. Very poor.

Service was great. Food was fresh and good. Not much else to say. It's a subway.

I love subway as it is one of the only healthy fast food restaurants. Not only that, it tastes amazing and allows for individuality with its make your own style of menu. I this is my favorite place to eat out! The service is phenomenal for those who just wish for a quick sandwich or a nice conversation too. Good parking and a very clean location that is wonderfully updated and maintained.

While the people in there were working hard, the waits were horrible with lots of large call-ins jumping in front of you even when you finally got up to order. Worse, the long wait didn't feel safe with no markings for safe distancing and about a quarter of the people with no masks on. Yikes!

Good food just wish they would cut up the veggies in the salads and in the protein bowls no one wants to have to cut it after it’s made.

Walked in and there was a clear lack of caring about cleanliness. As well as, In this climate, an employee handling food that is close enough to the employee that they can breath on it, that employee should absolutely be wearing a mask. Turned around and walked right out. Subway clearly doesn’t care about the health of their customers or employees.

I ordered my food online and went in store to watch them make it cause it always seems to get messed up and the workers started making my food and put everything on it and they messed up and put lettuce on a sandwich that shouldn't have lettuce on it so I corrected it. The workers then waited till all 3 sandwiches were done getting made and then proceeded to tell me that they were missing ingredients for all 3 sandwiches ( olives for all 3 and ranch for one) and asked if there's anything I would want on them instead. I told him that ranch was a must have on the 1 sandwich and that it wasn't gonna be eaten and all they could do was say " sorry we forgot to stock". They didn't offer anything as an inconvenience either(which in my experience working in fast food is what should have been done). The thing that bugs me the most is that I was in store and they didn't bother to tell me that they didn't have those ingredients before all the sandwiches had everything else on them.

We pulled up to the Drive-through to order and they told us they wouldn't take our order. Mist use their app.
We left and drove across the Lott, overw to Arby's and had a great Sandwich.
