The bagels here are incredible. I really wish there was one in Southern California. The bagel sandwiches are delicious and the cinnamon sugar bagel is the best I’ve ever had. Don’t go to one of those chains when you can go to this bagel shop with Way yummier bagels!

grape fives and Greg bagel selection what more can you ask for. Came in on a sunny Friday afternoon for a snack and was not disappointed. Seasonal coffee flavors are upper echelon highly recommend the honey lavender latte. Customer service was also super friendly and nice 10 out of 10.

A little on the pricey side (about $19.50 for one dozen bagels with 2 tubs of cream cheese), but our family loves their bagels. They have many varieties and when you get them fresh, they're soft and delicious!!!

Unfortunately, their hours and their drive-thru service are limited. I feel like they could really invest in updating their customer interface when it comes to their drive-thru system. Specifically, I have walked up to doors fifteen minutes before closing time at around 4:45 pm only to be met with "sorry, we're closed". On more than one occasion, I've seen them close early as I work in a shop near by. I'd say get there by 4:30 pm if you want to order. Also, more than once I've waited in my car for several minutes before any one even noticed I was there because of the fact that there are No speakers on the drive-thru stations outside. An employee often has to stand outside, regardless of the weather, to take your order. On my first visit to the Heber location, I thought the drive-thru must have been broken because there was a long line of cars with an employee standing out in the lane with the cars. Overall, the younger employees have been cheerful but also unable to do much about the drive-thru systems and longer wait times. I understand waiting is longer in general due to the fresh preparation, which is why I've still come back honestly despite the frustration with their other systems. But the food is fairly simple so I'm still not sure why it takes as long as it does. I've had fruit cups with the fruit going bad and sometimes bagels that were harder than would've liked, but overall food is good. So perhaps if they want to become a boutique bagel shop, then maybe just don't offer drive-thru service at all because drive-thru comes with certain consumer expectations about speed of service and other delivery options. Finally, when it comes to the hours of operation, I believe people who work until 5 pm like myself, would enjoy the chance to grab a lighter snack or a coffee on their way home, say until 6 or 7 pm? There are a lot of places like Boba tea shops etc, that are open late now and get a lot of foot traffic in the evenings.

I’ve went here several Sundays and the guy with long hair that works on Sunday is always very rude. Zero customer service skills and acts annoyed each time he rings me up. Einstein’s respects your business and their bagels are just as good if not better.

I work at the Riverwoods Complex so I eat here quite often. This last time I received over the top service! I didn't like my smoothie flavor and they replaced it free of charge and gave me a $5 gift card to make sure I was happy. The gentleman at the counter was polite and helpful; he even remembered my name!

Worst cream cheese I’ve ever had. Flavorless and watery. The strawberry cream cheese has the consistency of yogurt. Definitely do not recommend. Bagels are decent although I got a blueberry bagel and it was so dry and chewy

Helpful staff. Bagels were fresh and soft. Tried several breakfast sandwiches and liked the mexicana the best. Nice to have an alternative to Einsteins. Will be back to try the lunch options. Didn’t care for the almond skins sticking to my teeth from the honey almond cream cheese but the flavor was great.

My wife and I got everything bagels, hers was a bacon, egg, and cheese and I tried the Cali. We both found them quite bland unfortunately. The seeds on the outside were completely burnt, which probably contributed to the bland and distasteful flavor. I will say the service was friendly and quick. Maybe just avoid the everything bagels?
