Fun place with tons of seating! When it's busy they have an entire other room full of tables.
It's a fast food place. So you go to the counter to order and then they bring your food to you.
They had quite a few vegetarian and vegan options. The fish tacos I got were only OK. And they were out of a few things since we came late in the day. But the real star of the show were the sweet potato fries. I don't even usually like sweet optato fries but these are great! The dip they brought for them was what really sealed it for me. It was just as good as the sauce from the Trolley in Springville!
So all in all, this isn't really my kind of place but I still found things that I really liked. So even if you're not a health food person, you'll still like this place.

A must try in the Provo Downtown area! Make sure to start with the sweet potato fries.

Great gluten free options. Delicious food. Their service is good too! Things get a little chaotic there when it’s busy, but that’s the case with any place really. If you’re in the area, I’d definitely recommend eating here. Incredible food.

I'm just posting a 3 star for the airport location. They are very understaffed, so it was understandable why the food took so long. (Don't order too close to flight time!) What I am not happy about is the many pieces of chicken in my tofu wrap. Not one. Not two....but many. Just telling all the vegetarians to beware the airport location. I've never had an issue at the one in Center Street.

Definitely a favorite, great food selection, good portions and decent prices. Had some issues with a take out, they forgot to give us our desert and when we went back to pick it up they had thrown it out… they did give us another one. They were so great and kind that this didn’t bother us much. Definitely recommend!

The food is amazing but the quality of experience was extremely poor. The ladies helping us order and check out were short, and continually got annoyed with my grandmother whilst she was trying to order. Not only were we poorly treated by the staff, none of the girls were following a proper health code. Only one girl had her hair properly tied back, no one was wearing gloves, and the two girls directly handling takeout and food in the widow had their hair down. Every time the lady in check out would move, her long hair that goes all the way down her back would be almost inches away from the food every time it whipped back. My family asked me not to say anything to management as to not make our experience worse, but my nephew ended up with a hair in his food. We were celebrating his graduation today. Unfortunate due to how delicious our meal was.

This place is decent. No other way to really put it. It's fine, but nothing special. The first time I came here I was pretty underwhelmed. Since they are one of the few places in this area with decent sized vegan options I came back hoping it would be better. It wasn't. Food still was only fine and I am certain that they forgot the espresso in my macchiato and just served me steamed almond milk with caramel. I also got really weird vibes from the staff, they seemed uncoordinated and it was quite stressful ordering.

I used to regularly visit Guru's but have not done so in several years. I went back for the first time yesterday (4/13/23) to pickup takeout. The food was a non-issue and was the same food I remembered other then the fries being ruined due to reheating, I'm sure they would have been fine if served to me fresh. The issue I encountered was the service, which was hands down the worst service I have had at this style restaurant in years. We arrived while it was not busy and had no line to wait in. We ordered simple items, mine was a wrap and fires, and my friends was a salad and fries. We waited 25 minutes and watched as people who ordered 15 to 20 minutes after us were served. I kindly stopped an employee at the 30 minute mark and informed him of the issue. The employees response lacked any interest or care in our issue. The employee coldly stated he didn't know anything about our food and made zero effort to inform us or help us and quickly walked away to hand other guests their food. I became annoyed and would have walked out at the 40 minute mark but we each paid almost $20 for our meals. I approached the counter employee and informed her that we hadn't received our food and that I would like a refund. The employee stated they would check for our food again and let me know. I observed the employee go to a bag on the counter which had been there for at least 20 minutes look inside and find it was my food. The employee came over to state it would be ready soon and I watched as she took the fries from the bag and reheated them. We had our food approximately 50 minutes into ordering meanwhile we watched others enter, order, eat, and leave. There was another poor stranger standing with us who arrived prior us and still had no food. I believe she was not helped because she did not threaten for a refund as I had. Safe to say I will not be visiting again for several years. It appears that if you have a takeout order you do not matter to the staff at Guru's. There are many places in Provo with equivalent food in Provo that care about their customers. I suggest if you want to enjoy a meal where staff respects you take your money elsewhere. Guru's has become a joke held together by its own hubris.

They accommodated our group of 9 with no problem. We had shrimp fettuccine, French dip sandwiches, shrimp tacos, and sweet potato fries. The fries and shrimp tacos were the highlight of the dinner. There are a lot of options!

First time at Gurus. I got the burrito Grande. It was pretty bland. Looked good, but I had to add sauce and salt so that it would have any kind of flavor. I tried the Mauie wowie and it was really good. Smothered in their orange glaze, which was way to much. My fingers were really sticky afterward. The chips were regular tortilla chips and gave you about an once worth of salsa. Which isn’t a lot. Their cheese dip was too cheesy and it took some effort to get any dip on a chip. The Club looked really good as well as my friend got that. Great service, really nice.
