Dutch Bros Coffee

This morning I came to Dutch Brose because I needed a coffee before deep cleaning my work. I asked my barista what is a good option and she listed off so many and I turned over and I said you know what surprise me and Ruby she did literally hands-down, best cup of coffee. I could’ve asked for as a surprise no joke I loved it so much I put my face and my trust into that woman and she did not do me dirty. Love it absolutely

There is something off at this Dutch brothers. You never know how long you’re gonna be in line. There could be 20 people ahead of you and it could take 10 minutes or there could be three people ahead of you and it can take 20. I can never come here unless I don’t have somewhere to be after. The walk up line is completely ignored. You can park across the street and walk to the walk up window but they will still make you wait 20 minutes for a drink with no respect for the fact that you probably walked up in a snowstorm because you are in a hurry. They also have a habit of making drinks and giving them to people in line behind you even though you ordered first. Management needs to change things at this location to be more efficient during peak times and to help employees understand that even if the line is short those people are probably trying to get somewhere as well. And be more deferential to the walk up line. We were so excited to see that coming to Pleasant Grove as we have experienced it out of the state many times but this location is underwhelming. I don’t need the person at the window to chitchat while my drink is being made. Go make drinks! I don’t need a friend; I need my coffee with a simple smile. You can go to Sandy or Provo and have a much better experience. So it can’t be the business model it’s just this location. Please fix it because at this point I am afraid to even get in your line.

As a Type 1 Diabetic, I love that their sugar free coffee options really are sugar free. My favorite is the sugar free cocomo with white coffee. They have a bigger variety of sugar free options than basically anywhere else. I go out of my way to come here because of this. Also, the employees are always so friendly.

one of the best spots for energy drinks! the staff is SO AMAZING! always so so nice and welcoming and they always make sure if there is a problem to fix it rather than not caring! Ruby is an amazing employee and she is always super kind at the window and while taking orders! she suggested the peach ring rebel to me a while ago and it instantly became a favorite! Kimani is always super kind as well and gives super great drink suggestions! love this Dutch Bros!!

This place hs quickly becoming my go-to for my weekend coffee. They have a pretty good selection of drinks, but my personal recommendation would be the 9-11, blended with the soft top.

I really like the food/drinks offered here! It's also in a super easy to access location. I'd give it 5 stars if they were a little faster. I feel like it takes forever to get my drink.

This location is awesome! Each team member is friendly. Kuulei (probably spelled wrong, but I can pronounce her name) is amazing. She makes everyone feel at home and that they matter! That kind of personality trickles down to the other staff. Kuulei and the staff are the reason I go to the Pleasant Grove Location. I have been to others and they don't have the same vibe. Friendly, but not the same.

Kuulei was an awesome broista! Super sweet and friendly. Customer service was on point! Thank you for a lovely experience. Being a native of Oregon where Dutch bros originated from, she has exceeded my expectations!!

Other then the wait this place is top notch, all of the employees I've encountered are real good with their costumer service they for sure deserve more then 8.25 + tips that are all wonderful!! Ladies are gorgeous.

I love love Dutch so I won’t give bad stars but this Dutch has started to have issues where my order is never right and what I get is not complicated. And today I finally spoke up which I never complain when it’s wrong but when they re made my drink they literally poured out the drink that was wrong into a new cup so now my coffee tastes like water. Very disappointed with how they’ve been making drinks lately and even more with what happened when I asked it to be corrected.
