This is my new favorite coffee stop! Everyone is is so kind! Prices are good. Coffee is delicious! And the ladies aren't afraid to answer any questions you have throughly. Thanks guys!

Got a mostly sugar free blended caffiene drink and a tomato basil bagel. Great service from a longtime employee.

I went to this location 2 times and both times I did not feel very welcomed. The first time coming in the workers seemed very stuck up, barely acknowledged us when we walled in. The second time coming in the order taker was nice & when I asked her about a certain drink she said it was good. She relayed our order verbally to the barista (who was already swamped making other orders). When we received the order, one of the sizes was incorrect (which I already had a feeling it would). I pointed it out, and the order taker and batista just looked at us, then the grumpy barista said, "I'll make you another one." She handed us the new drink but didn't say anything else about the incorrect one. No one said "sorry" or showed any sign of caring about us. We ordered Chai lattes both times and they tasted fine on both occasions. Customer service definitely needs to be upped a few notches. I would think with Payson being a small town that people would act a little more friendly, but we are from our of town, so they might not treat outsiders as kindly. Due to my experience, I will not revisit again.

This place is fantastic! Always busy, friendly staff and delicious drinks. Best chai in the country, hands down. If you have a chance to hangout for a big go in and grab a breakfast sandwich, they are so great! They also have great sandwiches if you are around for lunch.

I really wanted to like Joe’s I love supporting local places, but all the girls seem to be to good for the job they are extremely rude! They look at you as if you’re stupid for even asking a question about the drinks! Customer service is just terrible and the coffee isn’t even great!

I love to get coffee in the morning before school. Helps me through the day. Also, it's so nice, warm, and welcome. They are always playing good music, cool people come in and play on one of the guitars as well as they have water and notebooks everyone in the community is welcome to write or draw in. By far one of my favorite places to just chill before work or when I'm having a bad day. Nit to mention the amazing coffee, drinks, and pastries which are all always super fresh.

Maybe I'm just unlucky every time I go but when I visit this coffee shop, I'm never greeted with a smile... or any emotion for that matter. I actually feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, I never enjoy the drinks either so that's that for me.

Given that DB is moving into town, they should probably try a little harder to stay around.

My family has been going to Joe's in Payson for years. They make real coffee, customized to how you like it. Every person who has helped me has been very nice. They do a great job. I love their London Fog drink. The bagels are super good too. They don't skimp on the veggies or any of the toppings. Their prices are fair. The atmosphere is comfortable. It can get pretty busy sometimes but all the baristas and staff are on top of their game and try their best to make your wait as short as possible. The ingredients for their drinks are real and not too sugery, unless that is what you want. This is the place for us, we don't go anywhere else.
