Gelato is good but prices are misleading. The price board said 6 dollars for a gelato. We got 2 scoops for two gelati and ending pay 24 dollars. The quantity of two scoops is also small. I asked why and she said it is 6 dollars a scoop. Won’t go back.

Second time I’ve been here (for the delightful gelato) and while people say the owner is rude, I’ve in neither of my experiences felt this. I can see how her personality may come off as rude, but as long as you’re open minded, she’s very much a friendly woman.

Don’t go here. They are not just rude but it’s not clean at all. It’s filthy. You can tell they haven’t done any deep cleaning in a while. You would image for how much they charge for hot chocolate it would be decent nope wrong it’s disgusting.

The new owner of this place was very friendly and this shop is great. She acknowledged work needed to be done to fix up the place a little bit. I would agree. But her level of service was fantastic and deserves 5 stars. I will be back in the future.

Girlfriend and I stopped in for gelato. Lady serving was rude and condescending. On top of that she tried to short change me $5 when I paid.

Park city is a wonderful place with wonderful people. Avoid this place and enjoy your stay.

Gelato was great.... But the lady who I believe is the owner was rude to my group of paying customers the first time they went. I then went on my own to buy gelato for a couple of us, the lady again was rude, did not give me a receipt and when I looked up my card statement had over charged us $7.50! I was going to go back to buy some more for the rest of my group when I noticed this as well, that was the last straw. I will not take anyone there again, taking my money elsewhere.

This store is a Park City gem. I have been going there for years (have lived in Park City since 1996). I can always find a unique gift or something for my own home. It is a joy to shop in the lovely atmosphere and the pleasant staff. I highly recommend this exceptional shop.
